Nursing 1 Program: BSN Dept. Chair: Dr. ary Radford 2012-2016 The Department of Nursing collects data on a semester by semester basis. Data is aggregated, trended and reviewed annually during the program s annual Systematic Program Evaluation. The document below reflects the most recent 3 years of data in addition to what has been collected during the current academic year. Data is stored in the Chair s office in labeled binders to which all faculty have access. Copies of trended and aggregated data are provided to all faculty at the department s annual Systematic Program Evaluation review. The annual review and any data-driven decisions are documented in Faculty Association minutes and available for viewing in the Department of Nursing. Student Learning Outcome Upon completion of the program, the graduate will: 1. Demonstrate synthesis of theoretical and empirical knowledge in developing and implementing nursing practice reflecting understanding of the arts, sciences, humanities, and the disciplines of nursing. 2. Practice the scope of professional nursing with its multiple roles and responsibilities in providing care of the client/client system, as influenced by the historical, ethical, technological, and legal aspects of nursing s current and evolving practice.
