ECHS YEARBOOK Yearbooks, a great way to cherish school memories. Cost is $100 or $90 with ASB until Friday, March 9 As of Saturday, March 10, cost is $110 or $100 with ASB Limited supply, so order early to ensure your student gets one! Obligations Student s responsibility to monitor this. Noted on student s AERIES account. Under Student Info, Fees & Fines Will prevent participation at school activities such as dances, trips, other activities, graduation ceremony which includes receiving tickets. Highly recommended to check this regularly and not wait until the last minute. Payments can be made in the Bookkeeper s office M-F from 7:00-3:30 or over the phone at 384-5564(Mrs.Pam Boesch).

Scholarship Awards Night Location: ECHS Main Gym (Stable Center) Date: Thursday, May 3rd Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Come celebrate with our students as they receive awards and scholarships for their achievements.

Prom Date: May 12, 2018 Location: San Joaquin Winery, Madera Time: 5PM to 11PM Ticket Cost: Approximately $100 TBD Ticket go on sale: Mid April Guest passes available in the SBO Requirements: Formal Attire Obligations must be cleared No major discipline issues

Grad Nite Date: May 31st Buses depart: Afternoon on the 31st Buses return: Between 9:00-10:00 am PAYMENT INFORMATION Cost: $195 w/asb Card $205 without All payments can be made in the Bookkeeper's Office. Smaller payment installments can be made Your Seat/Ticket will not be reserved until you have paid the full $200 We are limited to 100 seats -*Seats/tickets will be reserved for the first 100 full payments* Deadlines: March 29, 2018 -- No refunds on any payments collected May 1, 2018 -- All Payments are due in FULL. Graduation Ceremony Proper Dress Code Gentlemen - Slacks, Dress Shirt, Tie, Appropriate Dress Shoes Ladies - Dress or Skirt, Appropriate Dress Shoes NO Tennis Shoes, Flip-Flops, or Non-School Provided Additions to Cap/Gown. MANDATORY Rehearsals: June 5, June 6, and 7th if needed All days -- 8am Seniors report to the Main Gym. Students MUST attend practice. Only excused absences cleared by Principal Shaw will be accepted. Failure to appear could result in a loss of walking privileges.
