I understand that parking of vehices (if aowed) in the hoste wi be at my own risk and in case of any oss of persona beongings; oss or damage to the vehice or parts /accessories of the vehices, the Institution sha not be responsibe for any type of compensation. 13. Get the Passport Appication Form: One can appy for Passport through Onine Registration, (after doing onine registration, get print outs of the appication form) cick here for detais for Onine Registration. How to fi the Form: The Passport Appication Form is Machine Readabe. Pease foow the instructions as foows: Use capita etters ony. Particuars given in the form wi be printed in the passport. Therefore, pease be carefu in fiing up the form and avoid any mistakes. Use back/bue ba pen ony Do not fi the form with pencis or ink-pen.
