7/30/16 VETS-4212 Report Updates We have responded to your feedback, and have revised the FAQs adding a separate FAQ on batch filing The filing season begins August 1, and the system is tested and ready to receive your data Unlike prior years, the 4212 filing system will remain operational for the month of July; accordingly, contractors have until August 1, 2016, to submit their 4212 reports for the 2015 calendar year. We look forward to receiving your continued feedback which informs our continual system improvement NILG will be forwarding you the survey from last year, and we encourage your participation; Effective October 1, 2015, the filing threshold for Federal contractors is $150,000.
