7/30/16 VETS-4212 Report Updates We have responded to your feedback, and have revised the FAQs adding a separate FAQ on batch filing The filing season begins August 1, and the system is tested and ready to receive your data Unlike prior years, the 4212 filing system will remain operational for the month of July; accordingly, contractors have until August 1, 2016, to submit their 4212 reports for the 2015 calendar year. We look forward to receiving your continued feedback which informs our continual system improvement NILG will be forwarding you the survey from last year, and we encourage your participation; Effective October 1, 2015, the filing threshold for Federal contractors is $150,000. Contracts less than $150,000 entered into prior to October 1, 2015, would still be considered a covered contract and hence would meet the filing threshold for the 2016 filing season Contracts less than $150,000 entered into after October 1, 2015, would not be considered a covered contract and would not have to be reported for the 2016 filing season VETERANS.GOV Highlights: Easy to navigate For job seekers & employers Job banks (NLx/State) Entrepreneurship Employment sectors State/local resources Highlights for Veterans Homepage Highlights Access to job bank, one-on-one assistance, & other veteran employment resources Access to entrepreneurship resources (SBA) Access to DOL VETS programs and resources www.dol.gov/vets Info on opportunities in specific sectors Highlights for Veterans Job Bank One-on-One Assistance Quick Links Local American Job Center Locator 7
