FirstNet, the National Public Safety Broadband Network Identifying AZ Fire District s Needs Michael Britt & Gregory Sundie, Program Managers, Arizona FirstNet FirstNet is creating a nationwide public safety broadband network to provide a dedicated wireless network that police officers, firefighters, and paramedics will be able to count on during emergencies and to meet their everyday missions. This interactive session will be an opportunity for Arizona FirstNet to update attendees on the current status of the program and encourage feedback on what Arizona Fire Districts believe should be considered in the buildout of this network.
