There are specific things that she would need from me which she articulated to me. From me: a day with a in Pittsburgh she wants to see the role in action. She also wants a corporate mentor. She wants me to arrange for UPMC Hamot staff from inpatient units and clinical depts to observe their counterparts do their work. And she wants support on site from s from other UPMC sites. All of this is do able from my perspective. I would recommend that you hire her and if possible, have her spend the next few days with Amy to get caught up.
