Submit, as Attachment 11, a Development Financial Proforma, including itemized development budget, construction and permanent sources and uses table, year 1 income projection with unit breakdown by AMI level and size, year 1 operating expense projections (including services), loan sizing worksheet, and tax credit assumptions with basis calculation and equity raise expectations. 3. Operating Budget. Submit, as Attachment 12 a 30-year cash flow projection showing estimated project income, operating expenses (including services), reserves, debt service and distributions.
