Ensure current and future resource needs are identified, prioritised and planned for by developing and regularly monitoring a Clinical Support Services strategic and business plan, which supports and enhances the overall mission and is aligned with the strategic plan of the organisation. Contribute to the development and delivery of the strategic plans of internal customers within Waitemata DHB. Financial Contributes to the effective financial operation of the Clinical Support Services group by managing physical, financial and contractual resources within budgeted limits and in accordance with WDHB policy and procedures. Ensures achievement of objectives by regularly monitoring progress and taking corrective action where necessary.
