Registration Registration is now open. Please click here to register your attendance. Registration closes Wednesday 3 September 2014 Corporate partner delegates Attendance based on your partnership level, including twin share accommodation for four nights, arriving Saturday 18 October and departing Wednesday 22 October is included in your corporate partner package. Corporate partners may upgrade to single room accommodation for an additional cost of $150 per person, per night. Please indicate single accommodation upgrades when completing your registration. You will be invoiced for this additional amount by our conference manager, ETM - Event Travel Management. Additional delegates Depending on your level of partnership you are entitled to register additional delegates. Upon registering your delegates, ETM will invoice you accordingly. Upon registering your speaker, please advise of their arrival and departure dates so that we can allocate accommodation. Speakers who are not registered will not receive a name tag or entry to catered functions. Corporate partner speakers will be allocated a twin share room unless otherwise specified. Should your speaker register for the entire conference (in addition to your complimentary delegates) they will be counted as an additional delegate and charged for attendance. Corporate partner delegates and speakers are required to register themselves before Wednesday 3 September. Please note you will require a credit card to complete registration. Your credit card will not be charged and is required by the hotel to have on record. 5
Presentation synopsis submission Due Date: Friday 25 July Guidelines Our theme for this year s conference is opportunity awaits, please keep this in mind and try and link your topic back to this. As in previous years, the conference will include plenary and workshop forums and we are looking for a broad range of topics that are relevant, fresh and current. Plenary spots will be given to those that put forward unique and high calibre speakers, bringing new ideas and thought provoking content to our financial planners. Our workshop sessions are a great way to present in front of a captive audience, and delve deeply into case studies, investment philosophies and practice development ideas. They will be themed as below: Stream A Strategic Advice and Accountant including Superannuation and SMSF strategy, Estate Planning, Aged Care, Accountant/Tax related sessions Stream B Investment and Risk Including Economic, Asset Class and Risk Insurance sessions Stream C Practice Management Including Xplan, Marketing, Business Growth, Social Media, Business Planning sessions We ask you only to submit presentations that are new and have NOT been presented at any past Lonsdale event. It would be our preference that they have not been presented anywhere before. Our preference and priority for speakers will go to Technical Specialists, Investment & Risk Specialists, Practice Development Managers, Senior Development Managers and Economists. As we are in Vietnam, this would also be a great opportunity for fund managers to utilise resources based in the emerging markets region. Conference web-app Due Date: Friday 16 August 2014 Presentation synopsis and speaker bios Your presentation synopsis and speaker biography will be used to promote your session in the conference web-app and workshop selection form for delegates. We encourage you to make the most of this opportunity, as it will be the key selling factor for your session when delegates are selecting their workshop agenda. Presentations Draft presentation Due Date: Monday 1 September 2014 We will supply you with a PowerPoint template to submit your presentation. Content text for presentations should be black, Arial font. Please ensure that you forward your draft presentation to Jenny McLean via email Jennifer.McLean@ioof.com.au by Monday 1 September. Final presentation Due Date: Monday 29 September 2014 Final presentations are due on the conference template no later than COB Monday 29 September. All presentation should use a 16:9 format as per the conference template. Video clips should be embedded in the presentation, with a separate video file also attached. Presentations will not be included in the conference web-app. However these will be available on the Lonsdale Associate websites to download in PDF version post the Conference. 8

Please submit these details to Jennifer.McLean@ioof.com.au by Monday 1 September Delegate communication: pre-conference You have the opportunity to send a single electronic communication to delegates two weeks pre-conference. Please submit this communication for approval to Jennifer.McLean@ioof.com.au prior to the communication going out. Corporate partner stands A trade stand area will be available to you for the duration of the conference. This area will include: A tall, cocktail road table (approx. 60cm in diameter) Single tiered brochure stand We encourage you to bring a banner to display behind the stand. Power supply will be available at some stands. Please advise if required. Delegate competition An exhibition passport is being provided to all delegates attending the conference. Delegates are encouraged to visit each exhibition stand and have their passport stamped. We also encourage corporate partners to hold their own competition. A Lonsdale and IOOF Alliances staff member will visit your stand after lunch on Tuesday to collect your winner s name. All winners will be announced at the closing plenary on Tuesday 21 October. Set up times: You can access the area from 1pm, Saturday 18 October. We ask that your area is finalised by 4pm, Saturday 19 October. Pack down times: You can begin packing down after the lunch on Tuesday 21 October. You are responsible to return freight your own items. 9
Freight Delivery on: Friday 17 October Delivery Due to customs limitations, we strongly recommend you bring all of your items with you to conference. If you are forwarding material for the corporate partner stands it is your responsibility to send your material to the InterContinental Asiana Saigon directly. Please ensure that you clearly mark your boxes and have them delivered no earlier than Monday 13 October. Important InterContinental Asiana Saigon will not accept deliveries prior to Monday 13 October 2014 and all items must be removed from the complex no more than 48 hours post event.
