Public Kick-Off Meeting Located at the Georgia Pacific Auditorium 133 Peachtree Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30303 Known by most Atlantans as the "Gulch," this sunken tract of land in downtown Atlanta contains acres of parking lots and train tracks. Now slated for redevelopment, a regional transit hub, shops, homes and green space are being designed for this area. The development would span from the Georgia Dome to the State Capitol. (Cleveland, Ohio-based) with Cousins Properties Inc., and The Integral Group LLC (both of Atlanta). This same team was recommended as the primary consultants and developers for 113 acres of the 488-acre former Fort McPherson site. Tomorrow's meeting is the Public Kick-Off Meeting, we encourage you to come out, wear your colors (orange), learn about the project and share your views as key stakeholders on the potential relationship and impact of this development to the surrounding residential communities as well as Downtown Atlanta.
