A&FRF Mission n Assist commanders, military personnel and their families and DoD civilians balance the unique demands of the military mission and family responsibilities. n Objective: Ensure we are providing support services that adequately prepare members and their families for all facets of Readiness Provide services and support when and where they are needed
Community Readiness Consultants n Liaison with unit commander s/first sergeants n Conducts assessments, focus groups, interviews n Assists with identifying unit needs based upon mission, input from personnel, and trends n Proposes action/implementation plans utilizing all available resources on and off base.
