Vision To be a leader in education and research in the area of information and organization sciences with a focus on development of information and organization systems supported by ICTs.

Mission To conduct scientific research in Information and Communications Sciences, as well as in other scientific disciplines that the Faculty s researchers are engaged in, through international and national R & D projects, leading to implementation in the process of instruction and/or transfer of knowledge into practice; To deliver recognized accredited study programs in Informatics, Organization and Economics at the undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels as well as those pertaining to lifelong learning; To encourage, organize and execute applied projects and transfer the existing and newly discovered knowledge to business and public sector, as well as the society in general.
