Main learning points Monitor and respond to Learner Voice through Social Media (e.g. messages of good luck, or dealing with negative comments) Identify relevant groups on Linked In to join, then you can ask them questions particularly good for Employers Understand the confidence and awareness of your staff with regards to social media a simple skills survey can identify training needs quickly but also identify staff talents/passions that you could utilise
