Call the CMS QPP Service Center at 1.866.288.8292 to report. Be sure your practice s PECOS file is up to date https://pecos.cms.hhs.gov/. Go ahead and enter your data. IAs score not doubling for small practices CMS is aware and working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Go ahead and enter your data. Quality Reporting Data Architecture (QRDA) 3 File Upload Issues CMS is working with EHR Vendors to resolve issues on the vendor side. Be sure you ve upgraded to the latest version offered by your vendor and stay in touch with your vendor until such time as file upload success is achieved. 58

Key Takeaways Data Submission closes March 31, 2018. Don t wait until 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2018 to submit. Visit the data submission portal as many times as you want. There is NO Save button. Your data is autosaved up to the character. Take your time. If manually keying in your data take your time there is no rush. Once your data is entered, take a second look. Be sure you ve entered data for all categories. Score will be artificially lower if you reported Quality via claims. Look at your category scores Are they where you thought they would be? Call HSAG s QPP Service Center at 1.844.472.4227 if you need assistance submitting your data. 59
