JESTC is a state of the art training complex providing world class training opportunities. It is maintained and operated by the Louisiana State Police and is located just north of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. JESTC's mission is to provide a centralized location where law enforcement, government, and other civilian agencies can separately or jointly train personnel in emergency and first response services.
