Friday Courtroom Little Rock, Arkansas University of Arkansas School of Law Al Witte Classroom 1045 W. Maple Street Fayetteville, Arkansas Each program has been approved by the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board for 6.0 CLE Hours.

Professor Rafael Guzman Professor Guzman has retired from teaching criminal law and evidence at the University of Arkansas School of Law. He earned his bachelor s from Dayton University and his LL.B. at George Washington University. He was admitted to practice in the District of Columbia in 1964. He has served on numerous state and national commissions and committees focused on the areas of criminal law and evidence. Professor Guzman lectures throughout the country to recent law school graduates to assist them in preparation for the bar examination. He is a member of the national legal honor society, the Order of the Coif. Professor Guzman on Evidence Professor Guzman s program on the law of EVIDENCE, is one of the most popular programs sponsored by the PCBA. This is a great opportunity for the young lawyer or the experienced trial lawyer to brush up on some of the basic and finer points of the law of Evidence. Professor Guzman is the best at presenting the topic in a way that can be easily understood and utilized by practicing lawyers. As an added attraction, the last session of the program will be a panel discussion including Professor Guzman, a U.S. District Judge, a state trial judge and an experienced trial lawyer. This is a chance to explore evidence issues from every perspective. We hope to see you there! Charles T. Coleman, Program Chair Pulaski County Bar Association
