Numerals, senior plaques and letters have already been ordered Question about Outback Bowl by Peggy Nuccio: was there ever a questionnaire about who could attend, not sure we are going to have a full marching band to compete. The intention is that anyone can sign up to go on the trip, not just marching band people. There may be a concert band performance, jazz performance, and marching band performance. Barb Rustic asked: is there a practice schedule online? Yes on the main home page all of the way down. Pres iden t's Repo rt ( Jo h n Qu inn ) : John reported on the following: Mike Legal wanted to express his disappointment in not finishing the DVDs until recently. He promises he will have the DVDs by Christmas next year. Some scholarships are trickling in. The scholarships are due May 15, 2016. Bylaws need to be updated and extraneous stuff needs to be deleted. He has had some input from Kathy, Joanne, Linda and some others. One main change will be redefining the treasurer s role, The role of the comptroller and winter guard is in the bylaws. He wants to make this clearer and have the comptroller collect the fees for winter guard. Gretchen had to fill out a form for her younger daughter to sign up for winter guard helper. John does not know about the forms, but we need someone to help with collecting the fees. Comptroller duties need to be updated. Bylaws describes the scholarships. John wants to revise the wording, including the fall scholarship. During the fall they did extend a fall lesson scholarship due to someone having 5 credits from the spring. If Mr. Hensel would look at the writeup John has for scholarships, and review how it should be listed in the scholarship application, he would appreciate it. More opportunities for service hours from the uniform Moms was recommended by Barb Rustic. Greg does not have a specific form for service hours but may develop one. Plant Sale all day has been 3 service credits. Gretchen said she will add a discussion of service credit hours for scholarships, etc. to the 101 class. Kids who volunteer for Winter Guard should be awarded service credits, John feels. Bylaws will be modified by John and sent out before the next meeting. April 3, 2016 4

Vi ce Presi dent of Ways & Means (L y n n Filla - Cla r k ): Ways and Means - Question about BD s Mongolian sending multiple checks. We received two checks, and they appreciated our honesty. Schwann s will run from May 15th to July 1st. Fasano pies is also a possibility. Jerry Piccoli knows Fasano pie people. We make $5.00 a pie, and we could do very well. Fourth of July possible day for fundraiser. They do mostly berry pies, fresh not frozen. Single serving pies for Music bowl. Very generous person. Contact Jerry. Will we use it to replace a sale, or add it to July for pie. Still needs to be discussed. Jerry will be happy to facilitate this sale. Lynn will talk with Amy about working with Jerry on this sale.
