Quick Search for Problems and Diagnosis beginning on Jan 27 Summary of the Change: Quick Search feature now available for Problems and Diagnosis. Key Points: 1. Clinicians can type in the Quick Search window and the problems and diagnosis terms begin to display. 2. Select the term from the list. (Chest was typed and the terms with chest display. 3
3. The Quick Search looks for terms using IMO (Intelligent Medical Objects) which helps to make the clinical terms easier to find. When the problem or diagnosis has been selected and added to the patients chart, the module converts the term to ICD 9 (Diagnosis) or SNO MED CT (Problems). 4. Providers can still search for Problems and Diagnosis using the if they prefer. Care COMPASS Upgrade on Jan 27 Summary of the Change: Changes to Care COMPASS view and functionality Key Points Activity view Activity column displays a bar graph at the patient level. NEW column added with activities displayed. New location for ICONS for Medication, Patient Care, Assessment, and Other. The ICONS are moving from horizontal to vertical placement.
