Emergency Information Fire/Evacuations Familiarize yourself with exit signs near your sleeping room and the meeting rooms. If the fire alarm sounds while you are in your guest room or in a meeting room, take the nearest emergency exit to the outside of the hotel. Once you are outside the hotel, a member of Hotel staff will give you instructions and will inform you once it is safe to reenter the hotel. Physically disabled guests, if they are able to exit the hotel safely they should do so, otherwise a note should be put on their file that they will need emergency assistance.
