In This Issue: GREETINGS 2014 FIRMWIDE MEETING 2014 ANGEL TREE PROJECT CURRENT OPENINGS ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT CAMPUS RECRUITING NEW OFFICE SPACE ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT Seen at the Hanover Holiday Party! It was great to see a number of Hanover alumni at the holiday party! Here are a few pics of those who couldn't resist a great party. GREETINGS FORMER HANOVERIANS RINGING IN 2015! Happy 2015 to all! December 2014 was a busy month but we were able to top the year off with another epic holiday party, this time at Sequoia in Georgetown! There were cocktails, mini sliders, dancing, dancing and more dancing! The Grants team made the most of our cool DJ with quite a few enthusiastic screams of "That's my jam!" and it was great to see a few former Hanoverians in attendance. Matt Brooks and Jeremy Wickman join Hanover friends Sequoia before the party

Ivan Perfilyev and his wife catch up with current MCD Stephen Goldsmith Cheers to another great year! LAUNCHING HANOVER PRIDE Hanoverians added a new affinity group in early 2015 - Hanover Pride - to support LGBTQ employees and Hanover's efforts to promote our company as an inclusive employer with an open, safe environment for all employees. We are looking forward to seeing more community outreach efforts led by this new affinity group in 2015. Read more about the group on our careers blog. "That's my jam!" WHERE IN THE WORLD? Hanover Recruiters in Action @hanoverresearch Our recruiters are traveling across the states this spring, looking for the best talent to add to Hanover's Content, Sales, and Account Solutions teams. In 2015, they've already hopped up and down the Eastern seaboard. Follow our Instagram @hanoverresearch and use the hashtag #hanoverishiring if you see us! 2015 is already poised to be another record-setting year for Hanover. We plan on growing our Sales and Account Management teams quite aggressively this year as well as investing in our branding initiatives. We have just hired a Senior Director to oversee Corporate Communications and are excited to leverage this department even more this year. As always, we love hearing from our alumni and love receiving referrals so please feel free to contact me directly at: mwood@hanoverresearch.com or follow us on social media. -Marcelle Wood, CHRO 2014 FIRMWIDE MEETING REFLECTING ON SUCCESS We continued the tradition created last year of annual content team awards and employee awards, combining the event with our firmwide meeting. The tone of the firmwide meeting was relaxed, with each department providing a brief overview of wins for the year as well as a snapshot of ongoing projects and planned initiatives for 2015. Based on employee feedback after last year's awards, we added a new award category of Leadership & Mentorship to the list. Employees nominated fellow employees for the awards and the executive team made the final selection based on the nominations and the supporting statements. The only award that is 100% based on employee nominations and votes is the Firm Citizenship award. We were honored to be able to present the following staff with the 2014 awards: Business Builder - Will Hea Thought Leadership & Innovation - Jesse 2

Wertheim Client Service Award - Kathryn Hallett Leadership & Mentorship - Anirban Ghosh Firm Citizenship - Betty Jeanne Cupcheck Will Hea Jesse Wertheim Hanover swag was a hit at Georgetown! Amaria Asghar and Kelsey Shamburger demonstrate how much Hanover loves the 'Hoos! Learning and Development presents their mission and impact on overall company engagement and retention. 'TWAS AND IS THE SEASON FOR GIVING! ANGEL TREE BRIGHTENS THE HOLIDAYS Hanover provided toys and clothing to 95 local children for the holiday season through Salvation Army's Angel Tree program. We placed trees on both floors at 4401 Wilson and the tags were snapped up in record time. Staff teamed up to ensure that every item on every child's list was covered. Niki Price and Katie Foltz explore Clemson's beautiful campus before the career fair. Upcoming Career Fairs It took two trips and a big truck to get all the bicycles, scooters, cribs, car seats, and other wonderful toys to the Salvation Army. Despite it being the final month of the year with all the deadlines and revenue goals, Hanoverians embraced the spirit of the season and were immeasurably generous. We only have a few events left for this season so send friends and referrals to meet our recruiters at the following remaining career fairs! We have great Hanover swag! Wednesday, March 4th: University of Pennsylvania 4

Wednesday, March 25th: American University We're also excited to welcome two universities back for office visits: Tuesday, March 24th: University of Chicago Wednesday, March 25th: UCSD, IR/PS Referrals are always welcome! Please forward them to us at referrals@hanoverresearch.com. A NEW YEAR, A NEW OFFICE With so much growth in 2014 (we now employ more than 300 staff members), we needed to expand. We were able to take over the entire 8th floor of 4300 Wilson Blvd (just across the street from our first Ballson office). The new space is home to Grants, MIC Research and Corporate Strategy. The space is starting to come together and feels more like home now. It can hold about 120 employees and has a lot of meeting space for team use. Hanover Elves CURRENT OPENINGS We are hiring! Aside from our core listing of vacancies on the Content and Sales side, we are also hiring for a few new/unique roles: Tableau Developer Development Director for New Product Development Team Managing Director, Business Development Market Evaluation Researcher If you have any referrals or are interested in learning more, please email me directly or send a note to referrals@hanoverresearch.com. Welcome to 4300 Wilson Boulevard! The new break room will give staff an excuse to get away from their offices (yes, everyone has an office or a shared office) to hang out with coworkers at lunch. Note the fun Scattergories game on the whiteboard wall! 5
