Planning and cooperation will be pursued with international and national institutions to build collaborative partnerships with the goal of synergistic approaches to research and training.

Planning and cooperation will be pursued with international and national institutions to build collaborative partnerships with the goal of synergistic approaches to research and training. Efforts to develop both academic and research program activities in the Institute, including cooperative programs, will begin in ernest.

Next Steps Ask for any additional comments on current draft proposal November 5, 2012. Prepare second draft of proposal for Global Institute and send to steering committee for review by December 10, 2012. Future Meeting -
