1. Monday, June 5 th is the last day for seniors. 2. Tuesday, June 6th - Senior Breakfast (North Cafeteria) 10:00am-11:00 followed by Senior Awards (Auditorium) 11:00am-12:00 3. Friday, June 9 th -Graduation Rehearsal at Mayo Civic Center 1:00pm 4. Saturday, June 10th at 11:00am Graduation Ceremony-be to the Mayo Civic Center no later than 10:00am.
Parking will be an issue for two reasons: 1. It s Friday and people are working. 2. You have to pay to park.
Shuttle Service Provided Bus shuttles will be provided from CHS to the Mayo Civic Center for graduation rehearsal. Busses will leave at 12:20 and 12:40
ARRIVE EARLY! Rehearsal-this means take the shuttle!!! Ceremony 11:00am so you need to be to the Mayo Civic Center 10:00am!

After the ceremony, continue to follow directions from staff and receive your diploma in the Riverview Suites.
You actually receive your diploma after the ceremony. More information to come.
Act in a dignified manner. No disruptive behavior. Arrive early and make sure everything fits. Do not leave any belongings unattended. Turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices. Use the restroom prior to lining up for the ceremony. Do not wear sunglasses.
Arrive early. No balloons. No strollers. No actions or use of devices that draws attention to oneself. No approaching the graduates during the ceremony to take pictures. Arrive early.
It is strongly encouraged for family, friends, and guests to arrive to the graduation ceremony early. Showing up late causes major distractions.
10:00am-Senior Breakfast in the New Café. 11:00am Cords and Medals handed out before students enter the auditorium. 11:00am-12:00pm-Awards ceremony in the auditorium.
Doors open at 9:00 and CLOSE at 10:30. In the interest of security, this is a LOCK-IN party - you may NOT leave unless we are able to contact your parent/guardian You must have your School ID no exceptions
Food and drinks are provided. Century High School and grounds are alcohol, drug and tobacco free. No bottles or containers of any kind will be allowed into the party (not even Red Bull / other energy drinks) Be respectful - many of your parents have worked long and hard to make this party happen - be courteous to those working at the party.
9:00pm-5:00am Games and entertainment, casino, food and prizes throughout the night. 5:00am Breakfast and dismissal from the party. Financial assistance is available for students who qualify. If you don t have a plan for next year, please see your counselor. There are some colleges accepting students and they have access to the list.
Remember that all college acceptance offers are provisional based on your end-of-the-year transcript. Keep your grades up.
If you have NOT done your Senior Survey/Awards Reporting please do the following today: Remember this is for ALL Seniors! -Go to the Century HS website -Go to Office -Go to Graduation 2017 -Post High School Plans and Reporting Form Report where you are going next year and any awards/scholarships received this year. Be sure to send your final transcript to the college you will be attending next year. You can do this step now by logging into parchment.com and selecting hold for grades. at check out. Doing this now allows you to avoid paying the alumni rate for a transcript which is more expensive.
All final transcripts will be processed by Parchment. If you are attending school after Century, you will need to arrange for a final transcript to be sent in June. If you do not make proper arrangements, your college financial aid and registration process will be delayed. If you already know which school you re attending, it s not too early to make your request. To request a final transcript you must select your college. Then, under when do you want this sent? select hold for grades. This means your transcript will not be sent until this semester s grades are on it. If you need assistance setting up a Parchment account or information on how to make a request for a final transcript, see Mrs. Klampe in the A/B Office.
FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS Now that you ve decided which college you will be attending, it s time to order your final transcript! Go to www.parchment.com and place your order. As a current student, you are able to order your final transcript from Parchment at the current student rate of $5.03. (As of July 15, you become an alumni of Century High School and the alumni transcript fee will be $8.78). When ordering your Parchment transcript and checking out it will ask when do you want this sent? choose hold for grades only if you order before June 23 td, 2017. Parchment example below: DESTINATION INFORMATION Hold for grades this transcript will include your 2nd semester grades. Requests will be processed after grades are posted on or about 06/23/2017.
