Remember that all college acceptance offers are provisional based on your end-of-the-year transcript. Keep your grades up.

If you have NOT done your Senior Survey/Awards Reporting please do the following today: Remember this is for ALL Seniors! -Go to the Century HS website -Go to Office -Go to Graduation 2017 -Post High School Plans and Reporting Form Report where you are going next year and any awards/scholarships received this year. Deadline to report is this Thursday, June 1. It seriously takes less than a minute!!! http://century.rochester.k12.mn.us/office/graduation_2017/senio r_awards_reporting_form

Be sure to send your final transcript to the college you will be attending next year. You can do this step now by logging into parchment.com and selecting hold for grades. at check out. Doing this now allows you to avoid paying the alumni rate for a transcript which is more expensive.

All final transcripts will be processed by Parchment. If you are attending school after Century, you will need to arrange for a final transcript to be sent in June. If you do not make proper arrangements, your college financial aid and registration process will be delayed. If you already know which school you re attending, it s not too early to make your request. To request a final transcript you must select your college. Then, under when do you want this sent? select hold for grades. This means your transcript will not be sent until this semester s grades are on it. If you need assistance setting up a Parchment account or information on how to make a request for a final transcript, see Mrs. Klampe in the A/B Office.

FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS Now that you ve decided which college you will be attending, it s time to order your final transcript! Go to www.parchment.com and place your order. As a current student, you are able to order your final transcript from Parchment at the current student rate of $5.03. (As of July 15, you become an alumni of Century High School and the alumni transcript fee will be $8.78). When ordering your Parchment transcript and checking out it will ask when do you want this sent? choose hold for grades only if you order before June 23 td, 2017. Parchment example below: DESTINATION INFORMATION Hold for grades this transcript will include your 2nd semester grades. Requests will be processed after grades are posted on or about 06/23/2017.
