WARNINGS Application/Selection/Implementation Prodigal partners: be careful to the scaling between offers/applicants Applicant Strategy Applicant unpredactibility The application map do not necessary allow to fulfill the objectives The overall project is huge but per partners maybe disappointing The balance: The final mobility scheme is over-constrained (nationality, type, duration, gender, TG ) Notification: No answer, ask for delay, last minutes withdrawals The deadlines for departure! Good/bad reasons to delay, visa Collecting the documents
Conclusion From Experience A spirit An intense and building up professional experience Labelized your institution & helps its internationalization Develop your institutional network and leadership «Open the window» Provide financial support But Sustainability is a challenge (1 edition only) Too low flexibility (splitting, starting deadline rather than ending ones )
