Introduction
s Stakes The CMA CGM spirit lies in the ability to conciliate corporate needs and employees wishes. The Group offers varied and numerous opportunities for local and international professional careers. Mobility supports the professional objectives of employees while contributing to the development of the Group. Mobility allows the employees to achieve career objectives and helps develop their «employability» through the acquisition of new skills and knowledge with varied experiences. It is also a means to retain employees by proposing internal career advancements throughout their working life. The employee is the driving force of the development of his qualifications and professional career. To be eligible to internal mobility, the employee must have a minimum of 8 months service (*) in his current job. He must inform his management and his current HR Manager before any application in order to apply in a transparent manner. Career Tab My Application
My Candidate Profile Use My Candidate Profile to create your own profile in order to be able to apply for a position and to make it available for Talent search within the organization. * * Create your Candidate Profile is the first step of the Application. If you want to apply for a position, you need to fill in an Application Form (see page 0). 3 You can upload your CV even if it is not a mandatory field 3 Click next to go to the application form Choose your visibility settings. Please see the next page. * All mandatory fields must be completed 4
My Candidate Profile Make My Profile Visible Depending on the visiblity settings you have chosen (above), your Candidate Profile will be reachable when running a Candidate Search by Recruiters worldwide, Recruiters in your country or only by Recruiters managing the job you apply to. Data Privacy Statement is mandatory to complete your Candidate Profile. 5
My Candidate Profile Click Add Another and complete all fields as requested Sections (Education, Languages ) displaying in your Candidate Profile are generated from your Mini CV. Please complete these sections if not already done in your Mini CV. Retrieve sections from your Mini CV here. If you did not complete these sections previously this is the moment to do it. It will auto populate your Mini CV. 6
Application Form Use and fill in the Application Form to apply for a job. It will be visible by the recruiters in charge of the job. * 3 4 Apply: this is the final validation of your application for this job Go back to the Candidate Profile Save your work and apply later Cancel your application * All fields marked with an * must be filled. 3 4 7
Job Applications Tab Use the Job Application Tab to follow the status of your applications Check the status of your application To Withdraw your application. Recruiting team will be informed 8
Saved Searches / Alerts Use this tab to create email alerts to be notified when new jobs are posted which meet your search criteria. 3 4 3 4 Click Create New Job Alert to create a new one Set up the alert by giving it a name, a frequency and any other details that define the job you are looking for. You will receive the alert by an email notification. You can also update or delete your emails alerts. Then you can select action to do on the Job Alert created. 9
Saved Jobs and Saved Applications Use the Saved Jobs tab to view the job listings you have saved but not yet applied for. Click the Job Title link to access the job description and have a chance to apply for it. Use the Saved Applications tab to view your saved job applications (uncompleted) and continue with the application process. i Click the Job Title link to go back to the application form. 0
