Get To Know Your Dashboard Your dashboard will be basecamp for everything having to do with your account. Here are the actions you can take from the dashboard: 1. View Your Contract Details a. Toggle between contracts b. Contract start and end dates c. Number of postings available d. Number of active jobs e. Number of applications See page 5 for more details. 2. Post a New Job Skip to the next page for detailed steps. 3. Manage Postings View and update your existing job postings. 4. OFCCP Compliance Indicate whether your postings are compliant with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. 5. Search the Resume Database You must have an active resume database agreement. Contact your representative to gain access. 6. Monitor Upcoming Conferences Stay on top of upcoming association events for increased visibility with job seekers during annual meetings or events. Or, register as a conference sponsor to meet candidates in person. 7. Recruiter Resources Download user guides or access the latest reports from Health ecareers.
Post A Job Ready to roll? Posting a job is easy and intuitive. Here s a how-to guide, plus other helpful tips. 1. Set the Assignments Assign a job to a specific user, and enter contract or reference code(s). This will allow you to search these fields from the job management screen or align the job posting to your internal tracking. 2. Set How You Would Like To Receive Applications Receive email applications directly, route them to a colleague, or enter a URL where you accept online applications 4. Fill In the Job Details Complete the job details thoroughly to drive applications from the right candidates. a. Location b. Full time or part time c. Regular or temporary d. Employed or contract e. Visa waiver status f. Entry level 3. Choose a Job Category Select a discipline to reach candidates with the background you need.
Post A Job, Continued 1. Job Titles Keep it short and specific to attract the right candidates. Ex: Orthopaedic Physician Assistant (PA-C) 2. Headline The headline appears under the job title and can entice job seekers to click on the job posting for more details. 3. Job Description Don t leave job seekers asking questions! Be sure to cover what they ll experience on a normal day, requirements, additional benefits, and a little bit about why they d want to work for you. 4. Indicate Contact Preferences Provide links, phone numbers, and/ or email addresses for candidates who are seeking more information. 5. Click Submit to Post Your Job And voila! Your job is submitted for official review. Your account coordinator will ensure it s correctly classified and may provide recommendations based on best practices. View Applications See who is viewing and applying for your jobs. 1. View Total Responses to Your Contract Get a snapshot of how many views your jobs have received and actions taken. 2. View Job-Specific Responses View candidates who applied online to your postings, including the job and application date. a. Click the job number or title to view the original job posting. b. Click Candidate Name / ID# to view an applicant s profile and resume.
Manage Your Postings Here you can view all of your job postings in one place, find a particular job posting, and manage the job status and content. 1. Filter Your Job Postings Find a specific job posting by contract, keyword, job number, user, status, discipline, or location. 2. View and Manage Jobs a. Click on the job ID to view a job posting s details, edit its content, or to update its posting status. b. Quickly manage your posting status using the On/Off quick links. c. Select Responses to view candidate applications for a specific opening.
Update Your Posting Did a job get filled? Or maybe the job description changed? No worries. You can update it all here. 1. Edit Your Posting Use the links on the top left: a. Select Edit this Job to update job content. b. Select Copy this Job to create a new posting with similar content. c. Make a job active or inactive (active job postings are visible to job seekers). 2. Save or Go Back Select Make Changes to save changes to your job posting or hit Back to My Account to return to your dashboard without saving.
