From the 2018 Personnel Committee: Item 1 - On Tuesday evening, April 23, the Personnel Committee made a report to the Deacons regarding some issues causing unrest among our membership. At Betty Mills request, copies of that report have been made and are available from the church office. If you would like a copy, please let Darlene know and one will be made available to you. Item 2 - The Personnel Committee will be doing staff evaluations during the summer months. As is our custom, we invite church members to write personal letters evaluating staff performance for Larry Jones, Heather Gauthier (Caterer), Darlene Scheepers, Roy Belfield, Jr., Rachel Sciretti, and Betty Pugh Mills. Letters should address job performance only and not be personal in nature. Letters can be mailed, emailed, given to any member of the Personnel Committee, or delivered to the church office, but must be signed. We ask that your letters be received by May 31. Item 3 In an effort to be more available to church membership, the Personnel Committee has committed to meeting on the third Monday of every month through the end of 2018. If you have a comment or question relating to staff and would like to be on our agenda, please contact any member of the Personnel Committee and we will entertain your concerns at our next meeting. The first meeting will be Monday evening, May 21, at 7:00. If we have no issues to consider and no one has asked to be on our agenda, we may not meet, so please do not show up without notifying one of the committee members. Sincerely, Your Personnel Committee: Jane Austin, Tracy Hudson, Gary Powell, Lindsey Sandford, Scott Seymour
