North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) bodies, Partnership for Peace (PfP) members, Coalition's Missions contributing nations, multinational headquarters, international organizations, nations, industry and academia are kindly informed that the NATO C-IEO Centre of Exclence (C-IEO CoE), in coordination with the NATO EOO Centre of Exclence (EOO CoE), will organize the "3rd C-IEO Technology Workshop" in Madrid from 24th to 26th October 2017. 2. The referred workshop (WS) is sponsored by NATO Headquarters (HQ) Emerging Security Challenges Oivision (ESCO), and the Spanish Joint Oefence Staff. 3. The aim of the C-IEO Technology Workshop 2017 (TWS17) intends to provide the C leo community of interest an in-depth overview of the latest technologies supportive to C-IEO and Counter Improvised Threat (CIT), and to facilitate communication among participants from the above mention communities in order to meet operational needs with technological solutions. 4. The C-IEO TWS17 is an ideal environment for defining end-user requirements as wl as exchanging information and gaining knowledge on the tools being devoped to face the evolving threat from leos and Threat Networks. In summary, the Tech-WS aims to enhance cooperation between the multinational C-IEO communities. 5. The classification of the TWS17 will be Unclassified. Focus of the TWS17 will be on Technologies supporting the "Attack the criminal Network" pillar. 6. The scheme of the event will consist of a set of pans, based on lectures followed by further discussion periods to let degates interact. Attendees will have also the opportunity to receive direct information from companies about current and future proposals to facilitate C-IEO/CIT capability enhancing. Due to conference room capacity restrictions, the event is limited to a maximum of 150 attendees in the Main Conference Room: in case of overpassing that capacity, the briefings will be retransmitted to additional rooms up to additional 50 attendees.
