An Ambition Shared Everywhere, and by All AIESEC alumni and students are scattered throughout the world, and there are no geographical or societal limits to the philanthropic vocation of the AIESEC Fund

WHAT FOR? r Finance projects that may contribute to the development of all AIESEC communities. That means support and boost the best of the AIESEC International and AIESEC Alumni International individual or collective programmes and projects, mainly devoted to education, training and leadership experience, such as: - Tutoring activities, mentorship and training, - International job exchanges - Seminars, publications, special events.. - AI & AAI development: traineeship leads to AIESEC, database, websites, professional services among/with alumni, First financially supported project, March 2015: AAI website thanks to the donors identified by them, and willing to benefit within the TGE network ( see page 9-10) - from fiscal deductions while passing through the AIESEC FUND. 3
Currently, AIESEC FUND has a virtual business model as if it were a start-up Success is not possible without fulfilling the following conditions: collect good PROJECTS to study for funding that can generate enthusiasm among potential donors, AIESEC alumni and others, these projects have to come from the national and international student and alumni AIESEC representatives, Victor Loewenstein and myself need to share the development and management of the AIESEC FUND with 3-4 ALUMNI from different countries, particularly in Europe to start, Then all together RAISE DONATIONS with your help : without access to alumni address files - in a way or another - we can not succeed. 4
I turn to you - alumni as we did with the student AI representatives, to suggest that projects be presented in summary form and sent to this email address: Presumably some of these projects will be implemented continuously (coaching, mentoring, publications, professional services, international start up seminars,..) After analysis by the AIESEC FUND team (see "Conditions for success" on page 4) in connection with the project leaders, the AIESEC FUND Steering Committee will choose projects to be funded. To call donations for supporting them, they will be presented in summary form to the alumni through the future AIESEC FUND website, and - ideally - via the AAI and NAA websites. 5
GOVERNANCE Under the umbrella of KBF and TGE network assistance (page 9-10), the AIESEC FUND is governed by a Steering Committee The Steering Committee defines the AIESEC Fund investment strategy, the allocation of its resources and ensures the funds are being used appropriately. Committee members: - The AIESEC FUND founders: Jean Choplin, Victor Loewenstein,Arnould de la Boulaye ( general delegate) - Two AAI representatives including its President, - Two AI representatives including its President, - Others: up to three outstanding personalities - former AIESEC alumni or notto be identified and approached once the AIESEC Fund becomes operational. Steering Committee decisions are applied if no ethical objection from KBF. 6
FUTURE ACTIONS Design, fund, download and maintain continuously an AIESEC FUND website ( from a first release not visible online, and developed on my initiative ), As soon as the AIESEC FUND shall have a first track-record, it should help seek more significant funds with corporate & public actors, particularly for those projects which may be recurrent ( like coaching, mentoring, publications, professional services), When possible, start saving part of the donations whose interests could be used to finance all or part of the fixed AIESEC FUND costs, Activate communication via social networks 7
