Solicitation Overview SOLICITATION PURPOSE: The City of Houston, Houston Airport System is seeking multiple highly qualified multi-disciplinary A/E firms through this RFQ to perform aviation on-call A/E design services for proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects and other various airport related and specialized projects at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), and Ellington Airport (EFD). The qualified A/E firms will provide on-call A/E design services for five (5) year contract terms. 4
