ADDENDUM NO. 2 TO THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR APPOINTMENT OF LEGAL ADVISER RFP NOTICE NO. 14058/02/12-INFRA OF 31 JULY 2012 1. The following are the modifications to the Request for Proposal for Appointment of Legal Adviser dated 31 July 2012 and the subsequent addendum dated 28 August, 2012. The deletions from the earlier text of the Request for Proposal are indicated as strikethroughs and the additions are underlined. Sl. (iii) 3.1.4 Eligible Assignments For the purposes. (the Regulatory Projects ).
