RENTAL PERIODS FOR DETERMINING CHARGES Day period: Monday-Sunday 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Barbecue Pavilions: the hours of each rental period shall be as follows: 1. Memorial Park Pavilion: Day period 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. 2. Ebony Golf Course Pavilion: Day period 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. 3. Los Lagos Pavilion: Sunday-Friday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. 4. Edinburg Municipal Park Pavilion: Day period 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. 5. Activity Center and Edinburg Municipal Auditorium may be rented on a daily basis as follows: Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. & Sunday 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. 6. Special rates: For resident non--profit organizations, the rental rate shall be 50% of the regular rate, if an event date is available 30 days or less in advance of the booking of the event. The contract must be made during this 30-day period to obtain the reduced rental fee. *The city may enter into an annual inter-local agreement with the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District, in connection with fees charged for school district events. World Birding Center Membership and Non-member User Fees Membership Annual membership-includes waived entry fee for up to 8 members of the immediate & extended family and discounts on programs or merchandise for the immediate family only. Winters Season membership for adults, 55 years of age and older (includes waived entry fee for two Seniors (55+) along with 2 guests during the season). Fee $25 $15 Non-Member Users General Adult Admission. $3 General Admission Student/Senior $2 Admission (17 years of age and younger and adults, 55 and older). Group Admission (without guided tour). Fee- Each day will represent a separate time of Usage $2 each Annual membership shall be valid for a set 13-month period, from June of one year to July of the next. Please note that the annual Parks & Recreation membership fees have changed. Each day shall represent a separate time of usage. Payment of such fees will entitle nonannual members to use such facilities when they are available and are not being used for structured or specialized programs. User fees are as follows: Age 6 years and older, per day $5

System- $50 per day Floor Mats- $2.00 per mat SPECIAL RATES Non Profit organizations, rental rate shall be 50% of the regular rate, if a facility is available ninety (90) days or less in advance of the booking of a facility. The contract must be made during this 90-day period to obtain the reduced rental fee. OVERTIME RATES Hourly overtime rates for use of the public facilities beyond those hours listed shall be $36 per overtime hour. Additional hours before or after period rented shall be calculated noting listed hourly rates. **NO OVERTIME RENTAL IS ALLOWED AT THE EDINBURG SWIMMING POOLS. DEPOSIT Deposit: Upon the execution of the contract, a damage and security deposit of 50% of the rental rate shall be paid within ninety (90) days or less and no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event date.

(*) Should a deposit be given following the above guidelines and rental is not paid in full thirty (30) days prior to the event date(s), the rental will be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
