World Birding Center Membership and Non-member User Fees Membership Annual membership-includes waived entry fee for up to 8 members of the immediate & extended family and discounts on programs or merchandise for the immediate family only. Winters Season membership for adults, 55 years of age and older (includes waived entry fee for two Seniors (55+) along with 2 guests during the season). DEPOSIT Deposit: Upon the execution of the contract, a damage and security deposit of 50% of the rental rate shall be paid within ninety (90) days or less and no later than thirty (30) days prior to the event date.
(*) Should a deposit be given following the above guidelines and rental is not paid in full thirty (30) days prior to the event date(s), the rental will be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable.
