To access your Housing Application, please select Housing and Dining via students tab in DrexelOne. On the Housing and Dining Portal, select Housing Application to access your housing application screen.
Select Undergraduate 2018-2019 and then Save & Continue to get started.
To continue, please select Continue at the bottom.
All students are asked to complete the living style questionnaire, regardless of preferred roommate. Once this is complete, select Save & Continue to move to the next step. You can return this page at any time and make edits.
Housing Preferences are only utilized if students do not participate in Self- Selection, June 2018. Once this is complete, select Save & Continue to move to the next step.
This step is an OPTIONAL opportunity for student who are interested in participating in a College Learning Community (CLC). Students who are not interested in a CLC should select _None in the required drop down. Students in the Honors Program will select the Honors CLC on the next step of the Housing Application.
You will receive this email once you complete the CLC step. If you are interested in a specific CLC, please review the CLC website for more information about that program.
THIS PAGE WILL ONLY APPEAR FOR STUDENTS IN THE HONORS PROGRAM This step is for students in the Honors Program. It is an OPTIONAL opportunity for Honors students participating in the Honors College Learning Community (CLC). Check the box if you wish to join the Honors CLC. Select Save & Continue to move to the next step.
This step allows student to review their contact information. For changes, students should update their information via DrexelOne. The section under Housing Emergency Contact is required. Select Save & Continue to move on to the next step.
This step is an OPTIONAL opportunity for students who wish to live with the student with whom they feel most comfortable, extending beyond individuals of the same gender. Students who are not interested in Gender Inclusive Housing should select Save & Continue. Interested students should check the box located on this step before moving to the next step.
For students who checked the Interest Box on the Gender Inclusive Housing step, this is a preview of the email you will receive giving you more information about Gender Inclusive Housing. To participate in Gender Inclusive Housing, you will need to reply back to this email.
Students with a health condition or disability that require a housing accommodation should carefully read this step. Select Save & Continue to move to the next step.
Please utilize this step as an opportunity to review the highlights of the Housing Agreement you will sign on the next step. This step highlights the cancellation process. Select Save & Continue to move to the next step.
Students Over 18 will see this page Please carefully review the housing agreement in this step. This step will complete your housing application. Please agree to the full terms (1), sign your full name (2), and electronically sign the housing agreement (3). You will receive a confirmation email once you electronically sign the housing agreement.
Students Under 18 will see this page Students under 18 will be prompted to get the name and email address of their parent/guardian. Select Add Parent/Guardian to continue. The parent/guardian will receive an email (shown on next slide) prompting them to agree to the terms and conditions of the Housing and Dining Agreement. Once they sign this, you will return to this step and select Continue. This will prompt you to receive a confirmation email.
Students who are UNDER 18, your parents will receive an email prompting them to sign your Housing Contract by clicking the link provided. Legal parents/guardians, to sign the Housing Application on behalf of your student, you will need to provide your: First Name (1), Last Name (2), Email Address (3), and click I Agree to officially sign the Housing Contract.
Parents of students UNDER 18, this is the confirmation email you and your student will receive confirming that you have signed the 2018-2019 Housing Contract on behalf of your student. Students once your legal parent/guardian signs the Housing Contract, you will return to Step 10 of your Housing Application and select Continue. This will prompt you to receive a confirmation email.
After the completion of your Housing Application; you will receive a confirmation email and this will complete your Housing Application for 2018-2019.

Roommate Selection Main Page. There are 4 tabs located at the top of the page that you can fill out to help match you with other students participating in roommate selection. The next slides will have details about each tab listed. Please Note: If you select Save & Continue on any of the tabs it will direct you back to the Roommate Selection Main Page.
Tab: Update Roommate Profile You will need to select the box to include yourself in the roommate searching process. This will make your profile visible to other students looking for roommates. Also, you are able to put a screen name (1), and a short bio/description of your living style (2) for potential roommates to read and see. Example are listed on the top of the page.
Tab: Browse All Roommates You are able to see a list of all students participating in Roommate Selection. You can request them as a roommate (1), view their profile (2), and see the similarity percentages based on your Living Style Questionnaire (3).
Tab: Add a Known Roommate You can search for your friends by their User ID and Last name to add them as your roommate.
Tab: Search by Profile You are able to fill out the Personal Profile questionnaire and search for roommates that share similarities in their Personal Profiles. Once you search, you will have a list of potential students pop up that match your profile. Once finished, select Save & Continue to finish the Roommate Selection Process.
Students participating in Gender Inclusive Housing (GIH), will see a similar roommate matching step. Please note: You will only be able to match with other students who also selected GIH (by selecting I wish to participate in GIH ). You may return to the GIH step and opt to uncheck that box if you are no longer interested in GIH. You will ONLY be able to match with students who have completed a housing application. CLC students: your roommate match will only be honored if you and your roommate are in the same CLC.
Finally, you will arrive at the Status Page that contains important information regarding next steps you should take for your University Housing for the 2018-2019 academic year. It will also contain the overall status of your application at the bottom of the page.
