Use of staples on an application is not acceptable. No loose-leaf holed applications will be accepted. Applications should be printed on one side only. Two-sided copies are not acceptable. Passport copies must be submitted as a full page copy. ALL new member packages must be submitted to the FC for final signature and forwarded to the DDSL/ADDSL within the Division via hand delivery or certified mail. Once the member package is sent to the FC, the HR Department is no longer responsible for the processing. The processing is now the responsibility of the Security Department. After a month, if Member listed in AP Status or the Flotilla Commander did not receive the new Member Welcome Aboard Package and Certificate, an entry should be placed in the D7 Help Desk at http://d7help.cgaux.org/using New Enrollment Category.
