Flag Salute Members present. William Legg, Dr. Sam P. Sentelle, G. Robert Cunningham, Bruce Knell, and John Hudson, Secretary, were present. Dr. Craig Spicer was absent Approval of Minutes Motion by Robert Cunningham, seconded by Bruce Knell, to approve the minutes of the meeting of August 1, 2016, as read. Motion carried. Vote: 4 ayes 0 nays 1 absent not voting Spicer. Delegations Jim Sovel asked for clarification of policy 4B.5. Gary Cook, Personnel Director, was able to clarify the policy for Mr. Sovel.
