Join Coach Arica Smith, Coach Andrea Piquero and the CWNC Girls Volleyball team in a team atmosphere designed to prepare players for competitive high school volleyball. We will focus on basic skills of volleyball including conditioning, passing, setting, attacking and serving and we will teach athletes to use these skills in a team setting. We will also focus on using those skills within team-defense, leadership and quick-offense situations.
