ICT Accessibility Standards in the CRPD Art. 4 General Obligations and Art. 9 Accessibility 4.1 (f) Promote universal design in the development of standards and guidelines 4.1 (g) Promote accessible and assistive technologies with a priority to technologies at an affordable cost. 9.2 (a) Develop, promulgate and monitor the implementation of minimum standards and guidelines for the accessibility of facilities and services open or provided to the public
