Minnesota Twins at Target Field When: Wednesday, July 11th Time: 9:45 p.m./4:30 p.m. Cost: $62 (includes transportation/game) Registration deadline: Friday, June 4th Join us as we head out to see the Minnesota Twins take on the Kansas City Royals at their beautiful outdoor Target Field! This is great way to see the Twins while beating the traffic and parking. Trip includes ticket, and motor coach transportation. Taylor s Falls Boat Cruise When: Wednesday, August 15th Time: 9:30 p.m./2:30 p.m. Cost: $70 (includes transportation/lunch/cruise) Registration deadline: Thursday, July 6th We will board the Taylors Falls Scenic Boat and enjoy a buffet style lunch during the cruise. Since 1906 thousands of tourists have enjoyed the scenic beauty of the world famous Dalles (Dells) of the St. Croix River by authentic paddlewheel boat. Cards - 500 and Pinochle Wednesdays & Fridays 12:00 p.m. Let s Play 500 Woodcarvers Group Woodcarvers meet on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. Newcomers are welcome to join this talented and skilled group. They will be able to get you started or help with a project. If you are experienced at this art or just starting please feel free to stop in anytime! Fitness Geared for 55+ Class times will vary due to the high school gym class using the pool for their swimming requirements. Please see calendar insert for time changes! Senior Aqua Interval A lower intensity class using cardiovascular training as well as sections focusing on strength & balance exercises. 2 days/week: Mondays & Wednesdays 10:30-11:15 am 1 day/week: Fridays 10:30-11:15 am YogaFit Senior This safe and slower-moving class is designed for seniors. We work gently to increase strength, range of motion in shoulders, back, hip and legs to develop better balance and core awareness. Monday s class focuses on core work. Wednesday s class focuses on strength and stretching. Chair support is offered for safety. Participants must be able to get down on the floor. Class times will vary due to the high school gym class using the pool for their swimming requirements. Please see calendar for time changes. Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:00-9:45 am. Silver Sneakers Increase strength, body tone and balance. Chairs will be used for sitting exercises and for balance during standing exercises. 2 days/week: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:35-10:15 am At the Movies No over-priced popcorn or long ticket lines!! Please join us for a new release movie at Central Square Community Center on the second Thursday of every month at 1:00 p.m. Donations are welcome.
