IF: eligible organisa3ons Beneficiary Beneficiary is the host organisa?on that recruits, supervises and assures the training of the researcher, and appoints the scien?st in charge. It is based in Europe! The Beneficiary signs the grant agreement, receives funding, claims costs and takes complete responsibility for execu?ng the proposal Partner Organisa3ons Partner organisa3ons are based in TC! They do not recruit any researcher, and do not sign the grant agreement (i.e. partnership agreement) Partner organisa?ons are also ins?tu?ons in Europe that provide addi3onal training and host the researcher during secondments yright 2018 Innovative Technology and Science Ltd. Standard European Fellowships (EF- ST) : eligible researchers The researcher must be an experienced researcher of any na?onality. Proposals will be evaluated in one of the 8 scien3fic panels, or by 3 mul3disciplinary panels: The researcher must move or have moved from any country to the MS or AC where the beneficiary is located Mobility rule applies - Career Restart Panel (EF- CAR) - Society & Enterprise Panel (EF- SE)- beneficiary from the non- academic sector - Reintegra3on Panel (EF- RI): ER must be a na?onal or long- term resident of a MS or AC yright 2018 Innovative Technology and Science Ltd. Career restart panel To resume research in Europe aier a career break, e.g. aner parental leave, is ensured via a separate mul?- disciplinary career restart panel of the European Fellowships. The researcher must move or have moved from any country to the MS or AC where the beneficiary is located. Specifically: The researcher cannot have resided or carried out the main ac?vity (work, studies, etc.) in the country of the beneficiary for more than three years in the five years immediately before the call deadline The experienced researcher must have had a career break in research, i.e. not ac?ve in research for a con?nuous period of 12 months within the eighteen months immediately prior to the deadline for submission of proposals (between 13 April 2017 and 12 September 2018). yright 2018 Innovative Technology and Science Ltd. Reintegra3on Panel (EF- RI) The experienced researcher must be a na3onal or long- term resident of a MS/AC A period of legal and con?nuous residence within EU Member States or Horizon 2020 Associated Countries of at least 5 consecu?ve years A mul?disciplinary panel dedicated to researchers who wish to return and reintegrate in a longer term research posi?on in Europe The researcher must move or have moved directly from a TC to the MS or AC where the beneficiary is located. Proposal submission Eligibility condi3ons A proposal will only be considered eligible if it meets all of the following condi?ons: It is received by the Commission or by the Research Execu?ve Agency before the deadline given in the call text. Part B of the Proposal Part B of the proposal contains the details of the proposed research and training programmes along with the prac3cal arrangements planned to implement them. Applicants must structure their proposal according to the headings indicated in the Part B proposal template A Word version of the submission template can be downloaded from the Electronic Submission Services of the Commission. Part B of the Proposal- some basic instruc3ons The maximum total length of sec3ons 1 to 4 of Part B of the proposal is 10 pages There is no page limit per sec?on Experts will be instructed to disregard any excess pages above the 10 page limit The minimum font size allowed is 11 points.
