Exhibitor display and banners must not exceed the space reserved. 2. Exhibitor can use the complete space provided. 3. Roll-up banners are permitted - maximum 2 banners per stand. 4. Height of banners must be set accordingly to floorplan. 5. Exhibits must be staffed during exhibit hours. 6. Exhibitor is responsible for the shipment and storage of items including any resulting costs. Resulting additional Location costs will also apply. 7. Exhibitor agrees to set up and dismantle their items during times provided by PDA Europe. 8. Exhibitor is responsible for all damages to the Location caused by their representative or exhibit. Terms and Conditions 9. No space, or part thereof, shall be sublet: 1 exhibiting company per stand is permitted. 10. Failure to comply with the above regulations shall forfeit the right to occupy space in future PDA Europe events. 11. Exhibitor agrees to send exhibition material during the time period provided by PDA Europe and/or Location responsibles. 12. Exhibition tickets/conference tickets are not transferable on-site 13. Stand personnel must be indicated with exhibitor registration. 14. Changes in stand personnel are free of charge until 4 weeks prior to the event. After this date a fee of 100 Euro net will be applied per name change. Registration deadline: Registration date two weeks prior to the event: payment by credit card only. Payment: Full payment must be received 6 weeks from date of invoice. PDA is not responsible for all incurring fees in addition to wire transfer payment (bank charges). Our invoice number MUST BE given as a reference. Never send money before PDA Europe`s invoicing. Refunds: Refund requests must be made in writing. If received 12 weeks prior to the start of the event, a full refund, minus a handling fee of 200, will be made. After this period until 4 weeks prior to the event, 50% refund will be made, with a handling fee of 200. Less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the event NO REFUND will be made. Confirmations: Transmitting your filled-in registration form constitutes a binding application for the specific event and confirms the acceptation of these Terms and Conditions. A written confirmation will be sent to you once payment is received. You must have this written confirmation to be considered enrolled in this PDA event. Please allow 1 week for receipt of confirmation. Substitutions: If an exhibitor is unable to attend, substitutions are welcome. If you are pre-registering as a substitute attendee, please indicate this on the registration form. Changes in stand personnel are free of charge until 4 weeks prior to the start of the event. After this date, there will be a charge of 100 per name change. Data: The following information about you will be published in the event attendee list, which will be available for all event participants: name, surname, company, job title, country. Should you not wish us to publish these details, please contact us. Allocation of exhibition space: Allocation of space will be made on a first-come-first-serve basis. PDA reserves the right to change the layout of the floor plan without notice, even for the confirmed spots. Please be advised that your request will not be guaranteed unless PDA Europe has received full payment. Event modification/ cancellation via PDA Europe: PDA reserves the right to modify the material or instructors without notice or to cancel an event. If an event must be cancelled, registrants and exhibitors will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund of fees paid. PDA Europe will not be responsible for discount airfare penalties or other costs incurring due to a cancellation.
