3 QUICK KEY FACTS 1. Between 400 Million and 800 Million individuals will be displaced by automation and need to find new jobs by 2030 around the world. 2. Potential net employment changes for more than 800 professions/occupations. 3. Robots Could Steal 40% of U.S. Jobs by 2030. 4. Automated bots could take nearly four in 10 (38%) jobs in the U.S., and take 30% of jobs in the United Kingdom, 35% in Germany, and 21% Japan. 5. For individual workers, the key differentiating factor is education. For those with just GCSE-level (high school) education or lower, the estimated potential risk of automation is as high as 46% in the UK. 6. Education related to new next-gen technologies is a key to remain unaffected. Next-gen jobs require a blend of industrial and digital expertise. 7. %83 of companies and %99 of users already use/run open-source software - often they have no idea what is running under the hood.. 8. Open-source Projects are growing in big numbers. Open-source has become the dominant software development method. Even long-time open-source antagonist Microsoft has begun to embrace open-source. Microsoft partnered with Red Hat with its open-source.net Core 2.0 programming framework. 9. 76% of managers say hiring of open source professionals will increase over other areas of the business in the next six months. 10. A growing number of companies (60%) are looking for full-time open-source hires, compared with 53 percent last year. 11. Nearly half (47%) of companies will pay for employees to become open-source certified.

4 DEVELOPEO World s Most Needed TOKEN / Platform For Developers, the Industry and the Investors. The Developeo platform seeks to solve all the problems of the 4th Industrial Revolution, OpenSource & Commercial Software Development and problems that await Humanity, with a never-before-seen reward pool and a highly beneficial revenue model along with ambitious targets; such as DEVX BootCamps, DEVX Certification, DEVX Marketplace, DEVX Advisory Services and finally the Developeo University. Our Vision Along with the 4th Industrial Revolution, many needs will arise for the humanity. The world will be divided into two: those who adapt themselves to new technological breakthroughs such as AI, Blockchain, Data Science and those who cannot. As a result of this revolution, the need for people who have comprehensive knowledge in software and new technologies will multiply. All of the current professions will also have to learn about coding and AI. In case they fail to do so, they will lose their jobs. We are unable to fully benefit from the Open Source community which actually comes up with most of the technological developments. They still have a job to do and a private life and thus, we are unable to make use of them and we do not appreciate them as much as they deserve.

5 Our aim is to create a large developer/potential developer userbase with Developeo's reward system and then feed both Developeo and this userbase with the models we establish. Our economic model accepts fiat or Developeo Token. It applies a discount when the payment is made with Developeo Token and directs potential students/user to make the payment this way. The major advantage in applying this in each of our business model is that a great demand is created in the market for DEVX TOKEN and that we can see ahead by ensuring that our takeback is natural and free. Each step of our economic model is designed in a way that will make everyone in the community happy and Developeo s current models in the ecosystem all feed on each other. In the Bootcamps, Certification and NEXT-GEN University, issues such as Artificial Intelligence, AI Law, AI Psychology / Behaviour, Blockchain, Fullstack Coding, Data Science, Data Art, VR Data Analysis, Next-gen Marketing will be dealt with. The purpose of Develepeo Bootcamp is to raise highly knowledgeable software developers/ potential software developers who are well informed on practice and on latest technologies. The most important reason why Bootcamp sector has grown and developed is that the current University systems are unable to raise such high quality and specialised people. Bootcamps are growing so fast, although they are very expensive, because they are chosen by people. Thanks to our Bootcamps, we cover the human resource needs in AI and in other technologies and allocate the high income to other rewards.

6 Developeo Certifications will fulfill the sector's certification and information requirements with programs which are as short as a week but very comprehensive. These programs will ensure high quality and they will enable us to become the most reliable institution within the sector. The purpose of Developeo Marketplace is to make the most well-matched business offer to our userbase, as we know they come from the Open Source background and they do what they do with passion and with all their hearts, meanwhile recommending the most qualified and realted person to enterprises to provide a great match. Contractor work is also possible besides hiring. Our ultimate aim is to build the Develeopeo University. The world will meet a whole another university system with a Next-Gen education model. We will be the one that contributes and creates the future thanks to this project which will constitute the most future-oriented university. Our students will be well-equipped in all required technologies and they will be the faces of the future. If Steve Jobs or Elon Musk had to decide to attend to an university now, that university would have been Developeo University. All students will be using the Developeo Platform and all hard to get-in admissions process and student portal will be carried out with DEVX TOKEN and Developeo Platform.

7 Introduction By definition, Open-source software (OSS) is computer software with its source code made available with a license in which the copyright holder provides the rights to study, change, and distribute the software to anyone and for any purpose. There have been lots of tremendous open-source projects used by millions of people worldwide such as Linux, MySQL, Firefox and most recently Ethereum, enabling disruptive tech projects to utilize the benefits of blockchain infrastructure. Of course, Linux, MySQL and Firefox are all more than a decade old. One can t help but ask what is the current state of open-source software. Is the concept still alive and how does it connect to blockchain and distributed ledger technology?

8 The Fourth Industrial Revolution Before dwelling deeper into Open-Source Software Development, it s important to understand the macro trends, such as the 4th Industrial Revolution. It s not only blockchain that s changing the world we live in. The bigger technological movement is driven by pioneering technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks & Machine Learning, Data Science, Internet of Things, Automation Systems and, of course, blockchain. These technologies are no longer mythical innovations that seem to be the distant future. They are becoming our reality. Their real-world applications are everywhere around us, changing the way we live. And as their adoption is yet to peak, the demand for talented engineers increases geometrically, creating a serious market gap. The world and the industry will have an enormous need for talented nextgen tech coders, data scientists and a highly approved education and certifications. A PwC study currently states that 38% of jobs in the U.S. are at high risk of being replaced by A.I. over the next fifteen years. In the future, most professions would need to learn related digital expertise to compete or otherwise it is gonna be disruptive for the humankind. We're talking about machines at least 1 million times smarter than us. Do you think your job is safe if you don't learn anything about how to control/use them in the future? You can be the best lawyer for now, but in the future it will not matter who you are as you will be competing with supercomputers & superbrains.

9 Warren Buffett lately said that AI could be "enormously disruptive." "I would certainly think [AI] would result in significantly less employment." he added.

10

11 The Open-Source Market Landscape Despite billions of dollars poured into proprietary software production each year, the ideology of open-source software is alive. In fact, it has been boosted by the macro trend of the collaborative economy. In recent years, we have been noticing a shift from private to public open-source development, largely driven by the growth in the popularity of platforms such as Github. In 2017 alone, the Github community reached an astonishing number of 27 million registered developers, working across 67 million code repositories. These numbers will only be growing in upcoming years as the technology industry has been growing. But what are the main benefits of Open-Source Software? From a business perspective, elimination of vendors, lowering costs and complete system integration are the top 3 benefits of Open-Source. In addition, according to The 2015 North Bridge and Black Duck Future of Open Source Study, 55% of the surveyed companies believe open source delivers superior security when lined up against proprietary solutions. Finally, Open-Source has always been a driver of innovation. Blockchain is the latest example, although this trend goes back in time. In 2017, for the first time, each and every one of the top 100 supercomputers was running Linux - the Open-Source Operating System. Open-source software is currently everywhere, in your pocket, inside your pc, in your bank account, your monthly healthcare checkups, in your blockchain wallet. It is defining innovation. 83% of companies and 99% of users already run open-source software, hence open source professionals are in demand more than ever.

12 Open-source development has been picking up speed in recent years, largely thanks to platforms such as Github. However, the open-source landscape is far from being all figured out. There are currently lots of fundamental issues in open-source development, which put the whole ideology at stake. Contemporary issues in Open-Source Software While the tech industry has been booming over the last decade, open-source software development needs to cope with two fundamental issues in order to match the growth rate, if not exceed it. First, and foremost, it s absolutely essential to understand that high quality and secure software development is expensive in some ways. In contrast, often open-source software is distributed free of charge. Thus, open-source software development needs to be either sponsored from a market incumbent or talented engineers need to work on code committing their free time. This creates a serious gap between world class open-source software development and talent availability. As noble the idea of open-source development is, not all talented engineers cannot be expected to be exclusively dedicated to a project as long as they are not rewarded or recognized in the end. The second fundamental issue stems directly from the lack of funding and which results in access to talent. Having in mind the recent technological developments and how big of a part technology plays into our daily routines, the demand for software engineers is exceeding the supply. To add further, the demand growth rate is only going to increase, most possibly day by day. More software engineers will need to be professionally trained to be ready for the market. According to a study carried out by the Linux Foundation, a vast majority 89 percent of hiring managers said that they were finding it difficult to find the

13 open source talent they need to fill positions. Stemming from this fact, newly trained engineers are quickly snatched up by well-paid jobs in the industry. And they cannot be blamed. However, in order to preserve and promote the concept of open-source software, a change is urgently needed. And that change comes by offering developers the choice to either earn a living by working at a company, or develop open-source software with a world-class community.

14

15 Rewards Developeo is a blockchain startup and platform, which aims to revolutionize the open-source ecosystem by introducing a token-based reward system. Depending on the amount and quality of code that an engineer has contributed, Developeo will reward contributors with tokens which can be instantly converted to fiat currency on any crypto exchange. The contributed code will be reviewed by community project managers and the community, before the rewards are distributed to the developers wallets. Developeo will be built on the Ethereum blockchain, enabling talented engineers to get rewarded for their software code contributions through smart contracts. The rewards will be distributed in DEVX tokens. There are over tens of millions of engineers involved in the open-source software community and the bigger chunk of the contributions are left unrewarded, except for some big brand prizes. We believe that for the long-term health of the open soure community and the projects that they build to survive, the contributors should be rewarded accordingly. We appreciate and love the Open Source community. What Developeo is suggesting to them is that they continue what they are doing exactly in the way they are doing without any bother and just become members of Developeo platform in order to receive their rewards in exchange for their contribution to any Open Source project. Thanks to the Github API, we are able to fully monitor their contributions. Rewards are distributed at the end of each month by a voting system we call "decentralized voting system" that is similar to reddit.

16 In a nutshell, blockchain is mined with actual effort and distributed at month-ends. The initial number of reward tokens, which is starting with 60,000,000 DEVX Tokens, will grow with every takeback and reach to 100,000,000 USD level thanks to Developeo's policy on revenue share by the revenue models and its great economic planning that results in continuous takeback. In the short and long term, this will ensure that Developeo establishes a large network of high quality developers in an effective manner. Both the Open Source community and our users will surely benefit from the fact that Developeo's community is large and high quality in all of the business models we develop. By making use of the community itself, our business models will provide amazing opportunities for them and for Developeo. How it works? Developeo s platform, allows the open source community a simple login using their Github account. The decentralized platform will be driven by both software developers and project managers who will oversee the software development and have a heavier influence on evaluating the quality of code committed.

17

18 Decentralized Democratic Voting System Once a Developeo member contributed to a project on github and then in the future on DevGit, the project manager has to approve or reject a contribution. At that part decentralization kicks in, as community members and project managers are able to vote on the code submitted. The voting is performed in a similar fashion to reddit. The Developeo Voting Guidelines outline 3 main factors to be considered for voting: Quality of the Code Importance of the contribution to the project Community Value (Has the developer contributed to a project before and what is his/her track record) The decentralized voting system allows for an objective, community-driven approach to distribute rewards. Voting is done over a defined period of time (1 month) after which the rewards in the form of DEVX tokens are distributed to the deserved members. While project manager s votes is twice as heavy, the voting is fundamentally driven by the community, as each member or project manager have one vote at their disposal. The distributed rewards can be spent on the Developeo platform or exchanged at any platform listing the DEVX token. Developeo will have 5 main revenue streams; Bootcamps, Marketplace, Certification, Advisory Services and DEVELOPEO UNIVERSITY.

19 One thing about open source is that even the failures contribute to the next thing that comes up. Unlike a company that could spend a million dollars in two years and fail and there's nothing really to show for it, if you spend a million dollars on open source, you probably have something amazing that other people can build on. MATT MULLENWEG

20 DEVELOPEO REVENUE MODELS PROJECTION

21 REVENUE MODEL: DEVX BOOTCAMPS

22 Developeo Bootcamps ONLINE / ONCAMPUS The Developeo Bootcamps is designed to directly address the need for talent in technologies driving the fourth industrial revolution. However, the market need is much bigger than that. Apart from open-source software and blockchain, the growing tech industry niches are also data science, artificial intelligence, deep learning and neural networks. Currently, there is an extreme demand both for bootcamps in those areas, as well as for computer engineers. Colleges and universities around the world strive to provide a high quality education that covers multiple disciplines to prepare students for the work force. Although universities teach various subjects, they can only scratch the surface and give a high level overview of the subject matter. Students that need to specialize in a certain subject matter have looked for alternative solutions. Bootcamps provide the ultimate path to master any subject matter. They can achieve this by utilizing new technologies/techniques and provide in depth learning on various topics. Bootcamp participants tend to be the employee of choice to various global employers. The Developeo Bootcamps will be run with the help of instructors on a revenue share model. The instructors are going to be picked amongst the top-rated community members of Developeo or to be picked amongst the top talent in the specialized topic. While the cost of a standard bootcamp is around $11,500 per student, a whole bootcamp is projected to bring at least $1.3M in revenue, of which 20% will be distributed to the reward

23 pool/instructors in DEVX tokens. In addition, there will be a 15% bootcamp discount on payments with the DEVX tokens itself. The bootcamps not only serve the purpose of a great revenue stream but will also significantly increase the platform user base, as 100% of the graduated students are expected to become platform members since it is an instant opportunity to earn rewards for their software contribution. What is more, the graduates will be part of the Developeo Marketplace, which addresses the need for access to skilled tech talent. Bootcamp Market Size Market Growth Rate by CourseReport 2013 graduates (actual) 2,178 2014 graduates (actual) 6,740 2015 graduates (actual) 10,333 2016 graduates (actual) 15,077 2017 graduates (projected) 22,949 Estimated growth rate (2016-2017) 52% Annual growth rate since 2013 90% Growth rate from 2012-2017 954% In 2017, the bootcamp market will grow by 1.5x, to an estimated 22,949 graduates in 2017, up from 15,077 in 2016. This market has grown 10.5x since 2012 when coding bootcamps first launched. As a point of comparison, we estimate that there were 79,650 undergraduate computer science graduates from accredited US universities in 2016.

24 In 2017, the number of bootcamp providers has grown to 95, compared to 91 last year. (This accounts for 15 new schools and 6 closed schools). Average tuition price of qualifying courses is ~$11,400, with an average program length of 14.1 weeks. Bootcamps are trending longer up from 12.9 weeks in 2016 We estimate that tuition revenue from qualifying US schools will be $266M in 2017, excluding scholarships. This year, Full Stack JavaScript continues as the most common teaching language, used in 39% of Web Development bootcamps. Ruby on Rails remains popular, but now accounts for 20% of courses. As of June 1, there are coding bootcamps in 74 US cities and 40 states.

25 REVENUE MODEL: Developeo Marketplace The Developeo Marketplace will provide job opportunities to talented software engineers from the Developeo community. The marketplace will be filled with talent from the Developeo Bootcamps. In recent years, tech development has been by far the fastest growing segment of talent hunting and it is only fitting that the platform addresses the market demand. What differentiates Develepeo from other marketplaces is that the members can pick and choose the projects that they are passionate about and interested in doing rather than working at a company where projects are assigned to them in exchange for a salary. The members can see the requests coming in from large corporations and SME s, request to work on the project or sign up for bootcamps to enhance their skillset prior to joining a particular company or project. In short, Developeo creates the ideal matchmaking scenario between employers and employees.

26 REVENUE MODEL: Developeo Certified The platform will offer Online Certification Programs for developers. While the mission of Developeo is to preserve and promote open-source software development, the platform looks to enable talented engineers to earn certifications which are needed for some high-profile tech jobs. As certification on these technologies will be a must-have in the future to breath after the Fourth Industrial Revolution, Developeo is already ready to deliver. Combined with world class education and globally renowned faculty as well as state of the art platforms to provide training; Developeo will become a highly trusted insitution where the certification will become as valuable as getting an education from world's top 100 higher education institutions. Developeo aims take its place among the best education institutions in the world. The integrity and brand value of becoming Developeo certified will make graduates become more valuable and increase chances in landing their dream job. In addition, employers will send their employees for training to Developeo knowing that the employees will gain valuable knowledge and experiences to continue to add value to their companies.

27

28 REVENUE MODEL: DEVELOPEO UNIVERSITY

29 REVENUE MODEL: Developeo University NEXT-GEN UNIVERSITY In year 3, Foundation of Developeo University and in year 5 FullStack Developeo University will be launched, which will aim to connect and educate talent on blockchain, data science, neural networks, artificial intelligence. Apart from increasing the talent pool and serving the market need for both software education and talent acquisition, the University will essentially become an ecosystem where ideas and projects are developed in a collaborative manner. Developeo University will be a pioneer in the studies of Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence Law, Artificial Intelligence Behaviour / Psychology, Full Stack Programming, Deep Learning, Neural Networks and Data Science, Data Art. These areas have been growing exponentially and will continue to do so, as their applications in real-life expand. Blockchain is undoubtedly the fastest growing tech niche at the moment, with the overall cryptocurrency market cap exceeding $700B in 2017. Artificial Intelligence market is currently $2.4B, growing at a staggering rate, which is expected to reach $59B by 2025. Deep Learning currently grows at %52 per year, about to reach $10.2 B The Neural Networks market size, currently valued at around $7.17B, also grows at a pretty steady pace with a CAGR of %33.2, on its way to reach $22.55B in 2021 In a similar fashion, the Data Science market grows at about %36.5 per year, forecasted at $128B in 2022.

30 The point of these stats is not to throw in some big numbers. It simply shows that these technologies are growing exponentially and so does the demand for talented engineers developing these applications. The Developeo University will focus on becoming the standard for tech education in the aforementioned areas. Target Customer Segments Despite working towards preserving and promoting the open-source software community, Developeo has a number of different revenue streams which stem from addressing serious market gaps. Thus, the business model of Developeo will revolve around targeting the following niches in the tech industry: Software Development Digital Expertise NEXT-GEN Bootcamps NEXT-GEN Education (AI, BLOCKCHAIN, DATA SCIENCE, CODING, IOT, DATA ARTS) Certification Advisory Services

31 The DEVX Token Developeo will operate its native ERC20 token, which will go by the symbol DEVX. The token will be a utility token, which means its purpose goes much deeper than speculation on exchanges. The DEVX tokens will have several applications within the Developeo platform itself, including: Rewards for committed code on the open source projects/platform As a currency in the Developeo marketplace Registration for bootcamps, certification programs and the university, as payment with the DEVX token will actually lead to a significant discount in price. By making the DEVX token an integral part of the operations and user experience in the Developeo platform, the demand for the token will be naturally increasing proportional to the growth in the user base of Developeo. Thus, unlike most blockchain projects, the token demand will be driven by its actual utility case rather than speculative purposes. 600,000,000 DEVX Tokens

32 Initial Coin Offering While the Developeo platform is in a development stage, the team looks to fund the project with a token sale in the Q1 and Q2. With a potential user base upwards of 10 million, the platform needs to be developed in a scalable way in terms of infrastructure. The token sale is planned as follows: 480,000,000 DEVX for Private Presale - Public Presale - Public ICO 120,000,000 DEVX for Developeo - 120M Token Breakdown: - 20 million tokens Founders - 60 million tokens Rewards + Reserve - 20 million tokens = Extra layer of protection against market speculation ( i.e pump & dump) - 15 million tokens = Bounty - 5 million tokens = Team Hard Cap = 480,000,000 DEVX TOKENS

35 Downward Risk Management We are confident that Developeo is a great long-term investment and the market will value its long-term potential. We acknowledge that certain tokens have been used as speculative investment vehicles, resulting in significant volatility. To manage the risks of post-ico downward price fluctuations; we are committed to support purchases on the market for 180 days from the date of commencement of trading, in the unlikely event that we are below the price of ICO. The amount of funds for which support purchases may be made will not exceed %20 of the funds raised in the public offering. These support orders will help stabilize the token price and reduce the risk of speculative movements and help us focus on the true value created by Developeo.

DEVELOPEO TECHNICALS v0,1

1 ARCHITECTURE OVERVIEW (ALPHA) This documentation presents a high-level view of the platform architecture. It aims to be a source of information for the non-technical audience. The Developeo Platform is composed by a group of applications working together to provide access to all features of the 4 main areas of Developeo company. They are Community Rewards Platform, Software Development Marketplace, University, and Bootcamps. Each area has the same architecture and it's split in Frontend and Backend. See the image below for better understanding.

2 FRONTEND The frontend servers doesn't keep any user or sensitive data, they are session-less and are accessible only through an encrypted connection. The main concern is to keep in this area only HTML related files as images, CSS, JS, fonts, and HTML. It improves the security, availability, and scalability of the system. The REST Server is responsible for properly forward the API calls from the Browser to the backend (Gateway), on the other hand, the Web Server will keep the Web Site and all related files, no logic was executed on this server. It will only serve the files.

3 Users could access the system through either browser on desktops and notebooks, on tablets or cellphones. The frontend server should be placed in a DMZ protected by a firewall. The only accepted entry port will be the 80, this port will be handled by NGINX application that will forward the API calls to the respective NodeJs application accordingly with the URL and process the other requests. The Website will be a single page application, the chosen framework was the Angular framework and all API calls will be handled by the NodeJS server. BACKEND The architecture chosen for the backend is the microservice and BFF (Backend For Frontend), the main concern is to maintain the cohesion and isolation of the services. The microservice architecture provides a better way to allow each service to be developed using the most convenient language and architecture. This approach isolates the service code and increases the development's velocity of the new features. It will make the service easy to test and refactor, assuring the code quality and maintainability without affecting the frontend. All services and databases are in a secure zone behind a firewall and accessible only through the BFF server (Gateway). The gateway is responsible to receives the calls from frontend, delegate the AAA (authentication, authorization, and account) validations to the UAA server,

4 make the appropriated call to the services and make the aggregation of the responses before reply to the frontend. The only two services that will make calls outside the secure area are the TokenService to integrate with the Ethereum blockchain and the VersionControlService to integrate with GitHub (others VCS application as Bitbucket could be added in future). The services will be shared between the 4 main areas of the Developeo Platform, only the Gateway and the Frontend are exclusives. Even the UAA service will be shared, so the user should use the same account created in one area to access the another ones. The Gateway is responsible for calling all services, get the responses, and make the aggregation. The calls could be either serial, parallel or both. A service should not call another service direct, all the calls should come from the Gateway, it is the orchestrator of the calls' logic. The REST API of the Gateway should be well defined to avoid changes, but if it is necessary, to not break the frontend, it should be versioned and keep the backward compatibility. The communication between all components (services, BFF, servers, and external application) should use encrypted channels (SSL) and JSON protocol (unless the external resource demands another sort of protocol or communication). Each service must have its own database if it required one (database per service pattern), share database between microservice will increase the coupling and slow down the development.

5 The purpose of this voting system is to give community members a chance to reward the most valued contribution, in their opinion, on the open source projects they love. DECENTRALIZED VOTING SYSTEM Actors Members of the project could assume one or more of the following roles. Product Owner - Members of the project, they are responsible for choosing the roadmap of the project, what should be included in the future releases. Project Manager - Members of the project, they are responsible for managing the project and the development (merging the approved PRs). Reviewer - Members of the project and with knowledge of the feature affected by the PR, could be or not responsible for the feature, they are responsible for reviewing the pull request and assure the quality of the change, the criteria to check the quality should be equals to the standard criteria of the project. Members of the community must assume the following role. Member - Community members interested in the project, they are responsible for vote in the PR to express their satisfaction or discontent with the change.

6 Considered Attributes Quality - The evaluation grade given by reviewers to evaluate the quality of the change, this value is between 0 and 10. Importance - The evaluation grade given by product owner and project manager or to evaluate the importance of the change, this value is between 0 and 10. Developer - The developer value responsible for the PR to the community, this value is based on the contributions' history of the developer compared with all developers in the last 180 days, only approved PRs will count. This value is between 0 and 10. Community - The net value of the upvotes and downvotes of the community's members. Formulas Quality = Sum of all grades / Number of reviews importance = Sum of all grades / Number of evaluations Developer Value = Sum(all approved PR values of the developer) / Max(sum(all approved PR values of same developer)) * 10 Community = Upvotes - Downvotes PR value = Quality * 10 + importance * 10 + Developer * 5 + Community

7 Sample This example uses historical data of the last 180 days from the table below The Dev1 creates a new PR in the project E with ID 7 and the PR was evaluated Quality

8 Importance Community Upvotes: 95 and Downvotes: 5 Calculation Quality (8+9+7) / 3 = 8 Importance (5+7+9) / 3 = 7 Developer value ((320 + 393) / (400 + 600) * 10) = 7.13 Community 95-5 = 90 PR Value (8 * 10) + (7 * 10) + (7.13 * 5) + 90 = 275.65

9 RANKING PROJECTS The purpose of ranking the projects is to give more visibility to projects with more value to the community. All public projects on GitHub will be ranked by our platform based on the following criteria. The projects will be sorted in descending order by the project's value, that is, the project with more value will be ranked first. Considered Attributes Watchers - The number of users who chose to be notified about project changes. Stars - The number of stars of the project. Forks - The number of the forks of the project. Contributors - How many contributors in the last 6 months. Community Profile - Check if the project has Readme (5 points) and License (20 points). Code Frequency - Check if the project is abandoned (code changes), between 0 and 10. Upvotes and Downvotes - Community members interested in the project could vote Formula Watchers = Number of watchers Relevance E = Similar to Erdos Numbers Stars = Number of starts * 3 Forks = number of forks * 5 Contributors = number of contributors * 5 Profile = if has readme + 5 and if has license + 20 Frequency = (number of days with commit in the last 180 days / 18) Votes = (Upvotes - Downvotes) project's value = watchers * 1 + stars * 3 + forks * 5 + contributors * 5 + profile * 1 + frequency * 10 + votes * 10 + relevance E * 5

10 ENVIRONMENT Repository (source code) We use the Github and Bitbucket as main VCS (Version Control System) to storage and versioning the source code of the Developeo Platform. Main URL: https://bitbucket.org/developeo/ Community Platform Frontend Main URL: https://bitbucket.org/developeo/community-platform Backend X Main Branches Master (production) - Keeps the source code merged from staging branch and deployed in production. Merge is manual and triggers the automatic deployment into the production server (be careful). Staging - Keeps the code merged from testing branch, the code to be merged must be first tested by fully integration test using obfuscated real data. Merge is automatic. Testing - Keeps the code merged from development branch, the code to be merged must be first tested by Sanity test using test data. Merge is automatic Developing - Keeps the code merged from other development specific branches, the code to be merged must be first tested by Unit and Smoke tests. Merge is automatic. We are using a BareMetal SSD cloud server from Scaleway.

11 TECHNICAL GLOSSARY AAA - (authentication, authorization, and accounting) is a term for a framework for intelligently controlling access to computer resources, enforcing policies, auditing usage, and providing the information necessary to bill for services. These combined processes are considered important for effective network management and security. Angular - is a JavaScript-based open-source front-end web application framework mainly maintained by Google and by a community of individuals and corporations to address many of the challenges encountered in developing single-page applications. API - (application programming interface) is a set of subroutine definitions, protocols, and tools for building application software. In general terms, it is a set of clearly defined methods of communication between various software components. Backend - refer to the separation of concerns between the presentation layer and the data access layer (backend) of a piece of software, or the physical infrastructure or hardware. BFF - (backend for frontend) in a microservice architecture is an application working to centralize all calls to microservice, making the aggregation of data and isolating from the frontend the complexity of the backend. Bitbucket - is a web-based version control repository hosting service owned by Atlassian, for source code and development projects that use either Mercurial or Git revision control systems. DB - is an acronym for database. DMZ - (demilitarized zone) is a physical or logical subnetwork that contains and exposes an organization's external-facing services to an untrusted network, usually a larger network such as the Internet. The purpose of a DMZ is to add an additional layer of security to an organization's local area network.

12 Ethereum - is an open-source, public, blockchain-based distributed computing platform and operating system featuring smart contract (scripting) functionality. It supports a modified version of Nakamoto consensus via transaction based state transitions. Frontend - refer to the separation of concerns between the presentation layer (frontend) and the data access layer of a piece of software, or the physical infrastructure or hardware. GitHub - is a famous web-based hosting service for version control using git. Jenkins - is an open source automation server written in Java. Jenkins helps to automate the non-human part of the software development process, with continuous integration and facilitating technical aspects of continuous delivery. JSON - (JavaScript Object Notation) is an open-standard file format that uses human-readable text to transmit data objects consisting of attribute value pairs and array data types (or any other serializable value). It is a very common data format used for asynchronous browser server communication, including as a replacement for XML in some AJAX-style systems. Microservice - is a variant of the service-oriented architecture (SOA) architectural style that structures an application as a collection of loosely coupled services. In a microservices architecture, services should be fine-grained and the protocols should be lightweight. The benefit of decomposing an application into different smaller services is that it improves modularity and makes the application easier to understand, develop and test. It also parallelizes development by enabling small autonomous teams to develop, deploy and scale their respective services independently. It also allows the architecture of an individual service to emerge through continuous refactoring. Microservices-based architectures enable continuous delivery and deployment. NGINX - is a web server which can also be used as a reverse proxy, load balancer and HTTP cache. NodeJS - is an open-source, cross-platform JavaScript run-time environment for executing JavaScript code on server-side.

13 OAuth2 - is an open standard for access delegation, commonly used as a way for Internet users to grant websites or applications access to their information on other websites but without giving them the passwords.[1] This mechanism is used by companies such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, Microsoft and Twitter to permit the users to share information about their accounts with third party applications or websites. PR - (pull request) contributions to a source code repository that uses a distributed version control system. The contributor requests that the project maintainer "pull" the source code change. The maintainer has to merge the pull request if the contribution should become part of the source base. REST - (representational state transfer) web services provide interoperability between computer systems on the Internet. REST-compliant web services allow the requesting systems to access and manipulate textual representations of web resources by using a uniform and predefined set of stateless operations session-less - is a web application that don't store or control user sessions. single-page application - is a web application or website consisted of a single web page with the goal of providing a user experience similar to that of a desktop application. SSD - (solid-state drive) is a solid-state storage device that uses integrated circuit assemblies as memory to store data persistently. TLS - (transport layer security) are cryptographic protocols that provide communications security over a computer network. UAA - (user accounting and authorizing) in microservice is a service for securing microservices using the OAuth2 authorization protocol. VCS - (version control systems) is a stand-alone application to manage changes to documents.
