Main Duties and Respnsibilities 1. T prvide supprt, advice and guidance t frnt line staff t enable them t effectively supprt and guide Wrk and Health Prgramme participants n their jurney t sustainable emplyment. 2. Prvide face t face, telephne and wrkshp based interventins fr participants with multiple and cmplex health and wellbeing needs as required. 5. Participating in 3-way cnference calls with frnt line staff and participants r emplyer t give direct advice and guidance. 6. T rganise, facilitate and if required directly deliver an agreed set f cre and specialist individual interventins t supprt the participant jurney under a bi-psych-scial apprach. This will include: a.
