Living Pictures Productions will use the grant to deliver professional creative learning and opportunities for diverse and hard to reach young people from Carmarthenshire, which will increase their communication skills and break down social barriers with local communities. This grant for 4,964 will fund support worker costs, overnight accommodation and travel costs. Swiss Valley Out of School Club in Llanelli will use the grant to complete a refurbishment of a portacabin allowing for future use by breakfast and after school clubs. The grant for 4,999 will provide a steel coated repair to a leaking roof.

This grant for 2,700 will fund refurbishment and cleaning materials, transport costs, camera and printer. Tywi Tenant Network Carmarthenshire Tywi Tenant Network in Carmarthenshire will use the grant to deliver a series of digital workshops in two sheltered housing schemes in Llandeilo and Llandovery plus a day trip for members and IT learners. This grant for 2,750 will fund ipads, bilingual promotional materials and a day trip to St Fagans. Actif Woods Wednesday Walkers Ceredigion Actif Woods Wednesday Walkers in Machynlleth will use the grant to run a year of Woodland Health Walks for people with health conditions and disabilities, which will improve their quality of life. This grant for 5,000 will fund sessional walk leaders, refreshments, materials, transport and training. Parc y Felin Ceredigion Parc y Felin in Ceredigion will use the grant to provide equipment for a local park which will improve play opportunities in the community. This grant for 5,000 will fund a swing, a cradle swing, bins, springers and a tunnel. Conwy Arts Trust Conwy Conwy Arts Trust in Llandudno will use the grant to run an intergenerational project in partnership with Ty Llywelyn Community centre and Tan Y Fron Extra Care Housing. This grant for 4,950 will fund workshops, materials, hospitality, administration, theatre tickets and a storyteller. Menter Iaith Abergele Conwy Menter Iaith Abergele will deliver a series of activities for school pupils and families to promote the Welsh language in the local community. The grant, of 2,775, will fund transport costs, sessional worker fees, a silent disco system, and administration and marketing costs. Ysgol Y Castell Denbighshire Ysgol Y Castell in Rhyl will use the grant to install fitness equipment in the school playground to improve the health and wellbeing of pupils. This grant for 5,000 will fund

three pieces of equipment including a double slalom skier, a double air walker and arm and pedal bike. Mold Tennis Club Flintshire Mold Tennis Club in Flintshire will use the grant to engage adults with mental health problems and younger people with learning difficulties in tennis to help develop skills and reduce social isolation. This grant for 4,551 will fund indoor court hire, sessional worker costs, three open days and marketing. Ysgol Maes Garmon Flintshire Ysgol Maes Garmon in Mold will provide exercise based activities for pupils using the latest technological equipment to improve fitness levels and self-esteem. This grant for 4,970 will fund 15 ipad minis, cases and screen protectors, a Lightspeed licence, a projector, 15 heart rate monitors, and a laptop. Cynllun Cyfeirio Gwynedd Referral Scheme Gwynedd Cynllun Cyfeirio Gwynedd Referral Scheme will use the grant to provide a training day for playgroup leaders, helpers, parents and advisory bodies from Gwynedd to support the integration of children with disabilities and special needs into local playgroups. This grant for 1,793 will fund venue hire and buffet lunch, travel costs, translation costs, equipment, administration and a van. Ysgol Tryfan Gwynedd Ysgol Tryfan in Bangor will use the grant to enable pupils, parents and members of the local community to use digital technology to improve health and wellbeing. This grant for 4,961 will fund 12 ipads and cases, a charging unit, an Apple TV and an ipod. Cymdeithas Lenyddol Bro Goronwy Canolfan a Menter Gymraeg Merthyr Tudful Isle of Anglesey Merthyr Tydfil Cymdeithas Lenyddol Bro Goronwy on Anglesey will use the grant to purchase a PA system which will provide improved facilities for the group. This grant for 1,216 will fund a PA system. Canolfan a Menter Gymraeg Merthyr Tudful will use the grant to hold a festival to raise awareness and increase the use of the Welsh language in Merthyr Tydfil. This grant for 4,996 will fund staging and technical equipment, the delivery of workshops, marketing, fencing and security and decorations.

Abergavenny Community Trust will use the grant to provide free Wi-Fi facilities in the community centre to enable users to access the internet for educational, leisure and job search purposes. This grant for 5,000 will fund Wi-Fi equipment, and set-up costs. Bryncoch Senior Citizens in Neath Port Talbot will use the grant to take their members on a series of trips and host speakers to reduce social isolation. This grant for 3,930 will fund transport costs, meal costs, speaker s fees and pantomime tickets. Croeserw Childrens Disco in Port Talbot will use the grant to organise a monthly children s disco to allow them to socialise with other members of the community who are of a similar age in a safe and friendly environment. This grant for 1,055 will fund venue hire, entertainment and insurance. Croeserw Crochet Class Neath Port Talbot Croeserw Crochet Class near Port Talbot will use the grant to cover the transport to a Craft Show at the NEC. The trip will provide opportunities for members to socialise, get inspired and improve the quality of their life. The grant for 620 will fund transport costs. Earlswood Indoor Bowling Club Friends of Cymmer Afan Community Library Neath Port Talbot Neath Port Talbot Earlswood Indoor Bowling Club in Neath will use the grant to enhance the health and well being of members and the wider community by actively promoting the benefits of bowls through open days and targeting groups such as schools and local community groups. This grant for 3,819 will fund improving access, new seating, promotional material and a defibrillator. Friends of Cymmer Afan Community Library in Neath Port Talbot will use the grant to run art therapy sessions with their local community to promote health and wellbeing through art. This grant for 718 will fund sessional worker, and art supplies.

The grant for 2,463 will purchase three computers, a printer and scanner, and a coffee machine. Michaelston-Y-Fedw Womens Institute in Newport will use the grant to take their members on a trip, run a breadmaking day, yoga classes and flower arranging classes to reduce social isolation and increase skills. This grant for 3,257 will fund transport costs, entrance fees, sessional worker costs and venue hire. Merched y Wawr Rhanbarth Penfro in Pembrokeshire will use the grant to fund a day trip to their 50 Year Golden Celebrations followed by a visit to an historic attraction which will improve the lives of older people by increasing social interaction. This grant for 1,190 will fund transport, entrance fees and refreshments. Pill Social Centre Community Association in Milford Haven will use the grant to purchase new tables and chairs, which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund 30 tables and 200 chairs. Sparks in Pembrokeshire will use the grant to set up their new amateur radio club, which will mean they can provide more training to their members. This grant for 4,595 will fund radios, antennas, mast, computer, software and printer, antenna analyser, solder, antenna tuner, and power supply. The Harrier Association Pembrokeshire The Harrier Association in Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, will use the grant to refurbish male toilets which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will fund refurbishment costs. Bike to the Future Powys Bike to the Future in Newtown will use the grant to host free bicycle surgeries, where members of the community can learn new bike repair skills. This grant for 3,126 will fund bicycle repair equipment, promotion, sessional worker costs, staff expenses, insurance, and a portable stand.

This grant for 4,490 will fund activities, equipment, visits, transport and workshop providers. Forden Recreation Association Llandrindod Wells Football Club Llyswen & Boughrood Show West Glamorgan Girl Guides - Gower Division 1st Pontygwaith Scout Group Manage Money Wales C.I.C Powys Powys Powys Powys Rhondda Cynon Taf Rhondda Cynon Taf Forden Recreation Association in Powys will use the grant to replace a flat roof that covers the hall, kitchen, committee room and toilets that is now unfit for purpose. The new roof will enable the building to continue as the central hub in the community. The grant for 5,000 will part-fund the replacement of the roof and associated costs. Llandrindod Wells Football Club will use the grant to convert the ladies toilet into a disabled unisex toilet and improve the clubhouse access to meet current disability regulations. This grant for 5,000 will fund the installation of a disabled access door with an improved pathway and a unisex toilet. Llyswen & Boughrood Show in Brecon will use the grant to organise an event to bring the local community together to celebrate rural life, local produce and farming traditions. This grant for 3,029 will part-fund hire of a marquee, disabled toilet, table and chairs, and a generator, event promotion, sheep hurdles, safety barriers, road signage, a PA system, hivis stewards vests, and safety ropes. West Glamorgan Girl Guides Gower Division will use the grant to provide leader training for 50 of their members to improve their skills and those of the Guides in their division. This grant for 2,500 will fund training fees. 1st Pontygwaith Scout Group in Rhondda Cynon Taf will use the grant to provide a range of outdoor activities for their members to increase confidence and self-esteem. This grant for 5,000 will fund activities, camping equipment, transport, catering, projector, residential, and hedge trimmer. Manage Money Wales CIC in Rhondda Cynon Taf will use the grant to run preparation to work skills courses with 21 people who are currently unemployed to help them get into

South Wales Community Mountain Rangers in Rhondda Cynon Taff will use the grant to engage the local community in bush craft training, river clean ups, clearing paths and litter picks, to improve their local environment and build social cohesion. This grant for 5,000 will fund chest waders/ropes, buoyancy vests and throw lines, a boat engine and insurance, equipment to clear paths, bush craft equipment, PVC gloves, first aid kits, first aid course costs, and hi-vis clothing. Spectacle Theatre Limited, in Rhondda Cynon Taff, will work with young people and residents of Ty Ddewi in Pentre Rhondda to enable sharing of life experiences through poetry, paintings, photographs and oral history. The grant, of 4,900, will fund facilitator fees, digital recording and editing costs, transport costs, workshop resources, volunteer costs, and sharing costs. Wcka Rhigos Rhondda Cynon Taf Wcka Rhigos in Aberdare would like to host a fun day for their whole community to promote cohesion. This grant for 1,675 will fund the hire of inflatable equipment, soft play apparatus, shuttle bugs, riding bronco, face painting, balloon modelling, and advertising, flyers and insurance. Ysgol Ty Coch Rhondda Cynon Taf Ysgol Ty Coch in Pontypridd will use the grant to create an outdoor play area for pupils with multiple and complex learning difficulties, and with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD). This grant for 4,980 will fund a water wall, a covered sand box, four den posts, a giant whiteboard on posts, and a tuff spot table Birchgrove Community Centre Swansea Birchgrove Community Centre in Swansea will use the grant to renovate a room at their centre, turning it into a computer suite which can be used by the local community. This grant for 4,236 will fund three tea urns, a fridge, tables, chairs, three chair trucks, whiteboard, pens, and various housekeeping equipment.

This grant for 5,000 will fund flooring, toilets and basins, and installation costs. Coed Lan Senior Citizens Club in Swansea will organise a short break holiday for members to help prevent social isolation. This grant for 5,000 will fund transport and accommodation. The Ten O'Clock Club Swansea The Ten O Clock Club in Swansea will use the grant to arrange a short holiday, day trips and increase the groups equipment, which will improve the quality of life for members. This grant for 2,944 will fund microphones, amplifiers, laptop, printer, transport and accommodation. Treboeth History Society Cwmbran Centre For Young People Pontypool Branch The Royal Welsh Regimental Association Swansea Torfaen Torfaen Treboeth History Society in Swansea will use the grant to take members on a series of day trips to reduce social isolation and improve quality of life. This grant for 5,000 will fund transport and entrance costs. Cwmbran Centre For Young People will use the grant to provide an alternative curriculum for young people who are not engaging with mainstream education. The grant for 5,000 will fund sessional workers, IT equipment, stationery and volunteer expenses. Pontypool Branch The Royal Welsh Regimental Association in Torfaen will use the grant to take their members on a trip to commemorate 100 years since the battle of Passchendaele. This grant for 5,000 will fund transport and accommodation. Trosnant Dance Club Torfaen Trosnant Dance Club in Pontypool will use the grant to take their members on a series of educational trips to places of interest. This grant for 2,700 will fund transport costs and admission fees.

Permaculture Association (Britain) Wales Permaculture Association (Britain) will use the grant to develop and expand its networks and services throughout Wales. The grant for 5,000 will contribute towards 11 open days, website development, volunteer expenses and training fees. Cunliffe Bowling Club Wrexham Cunliffe Bowling Club in Wrexham will use the grant to install an automated watering system to maintain a top quality surface which will provide improved facilities for user groups. This grant for 5,000 will part fund an automatic watering system. Wrexham Warehouse Project Wrexham Wrexham Warehouse Project will use the grant to expand the motor vehicle training programme available to vulnerable young people. The grant for 5,000 will provide motor vehicle tools and equipment.
