Contribute to continuous quality improvement in work practices through nurse education and support for learning. Ensure that action is taken where problems and safety issues are identified Implements educational support that seeks to improve the quality of care provided. Participate in nurse review with the Nurse Educator to plan coaching needs of nursing team members and reports coaching progress for evaluation. Seeks feedback from colleagues about the consistency and standards of own practice Involved in reviewing educational practices which support the development of the nursing staff and meet best practice guidelines. POSITION TITLE: Clinical Coach Intensive Care & High Dependency Units Minimum Preferred Qualification: Registered Comprehensive Nurse ( or equivalent ) with a post-graduate qualification in Intensive Care Nursing Experience: Skills/Knowledge/ Behaviour: Experience working as a senior nurse in terms of RN3/RN4 in the intensive care setting.
