Nearly all participating countries named Contact Points ECPs are located at departments of ministries official Institutions departments of universities private research institutes ESPON Basics ECPs ECPs meet regularly in parallel to the ESPON seminars, which they also attend
INTERFACE The ESPON Contact Points (ECPs( ECPs) ) function as an interface between the ESPON programme and the national spatial research community OBSERVATION Following closely the ESPON progress and results COMMENTING ESPON Basics ECPs Commenting the results of the Programme from a national perspective
ESPON Basics ECPs But that is theory... in practice, the ECPs are acting on a very different niveau... Some countries never nominated an ECP......some even have one (e.g. Luxembourg) although the programe is inactive in 2007
