CareTracker Point of Care ADLs Decision Support

CareTracker s simple visual icons are designed to help minimize reading and learning time. Even new staff will be documenting accurately and completely in minutes. Wall-mounted touch screens and portable ipads make it easy for caregivers to document resident observations and incidents as they occur. This means more frequent entries, better quality data, and more accurate clinical information about your residents. Simple picture icons with yellow backgrounds indicate categories the caregivers must complete during the shift. Once completed, the yellow turns gray indicating that at least the minimum documentation necessary for the shift has been completed. Caregivers use biometric thumbprint scanners or passwords for secure access to the CareTracker system. This allows every observation to be stamped with the date and time, and digitally signed by the caregiver.

CareTracker Eliminates Paper Documentation: Improving Accuracy Copying, missed entries, and misinformation are common issues with paper forms. Even when the paper forms are accurate, retrieving the information is difficult. CareTracker makes it easy to record accurate and complete information to provide a much more precise picture of the resident s true condition. Increasing Reimbursement It s difficult to get paid for the level of care you provide when documentation is inaccurate and incomplete.
