CLINICAL INFORMATION The fllwing are the immunizatin and health recrds currently required t attend clinical. These recrds are subject t change as clinical agencies update their requirements. All requirements must remain current thrughut the semester. 1. All students must be currently certified in American Heart Assciatin Healthcare Prvider CPR prir t enrllment in any nursing curse. Online CPR training is nly acceptable if it includes hands-n skill check-ff and is American Heart Assciatin Healthcare Prvider CPR. CPR certificatin is gd fr the perid indicated n yur card. Hwever, it must be current fr the entire semester in which the student is enrlling. E.g., if yur CPR certificatin expires in the middle f a semester, yu must renew prir t the first day f class fr that semester. 2.
