REAL ESTATE ITEM: Higher Education Public Private Partnership Program: Ramapo College- 4.5 Megawatt Solar Installation REQUEST: To authorize the Authority s staff to approve Ramapo College s application to develop a 4.5 megawatt solar array on the Ramapo Campus under the Higher Education Public Private Partnership Program established by P.L. 2009, c. 90.
