Community Action Alliance WRAP Program Community Action Alliance will deliver WRAP through our Empowerment Pathway Model a custom designed service plan to help residential customers in the Great Lakes Water Authority regions to access bill assistance, water conservation measures, and navigate resources and WRAParound supports on a pathway toward self-sufficiency. If a regular customer has any insect or rodent related issues, service for those issues is included in the monthly price. We DO charge for winter services, because we do not charge for bees, mice, or any treatment that other companies would charge for during the warmer months. There is no charge in between services for interior or re-service applications. **Bed Bugs, Cockroaches and Fleas are not included in Home Protection Plans and are an extra cost** Bees 0-10 ft. - $120 10-20 ft. - $179 20+ ft. - $229-$269 In ground nests - $119 A cut down or knock down date must be scheduled when servicing a paper nest. 30-day warranty Bed Bugs $225 for treatment in room with infestation $175 for every other room treated A 2-week follow-up service is required at a rate of $100 for the entire home. We must treat all rooms necessary to eradicate all Bed Bugs and do the follow-up. If not, the warranty will not hold up. 30-day warranty goes to 90-days, if Bed Bug covers are purchased (we will install) for mattress AND box spring Rodents Mice and Rats- $165/$225 depending on the level of infestation. A 2-week follow-up service is required at $89 Cockroaches $150-$200 for kitchen and basement treatment.
