THE AWARDS 2014 2
As new Chair of the Board, I am delighted to introduce our first ever Chartered Institute of Housing North East awards event Celebrating the Region, which will celebrate excellence and achievement within the North East housing sector. The 2014 Celebrating the Region awards ceremony will be held in the Banqueting Suite at Newcastle Civic Centre on Tuesday 1 April 2014. The event replaces the CIH Spring Ball but still aims to be a prestigious and glitzy occasion, where CIH members and their colleagues can dress up and come together for a memorable evening. The event will acknowledge and reward the great achievements of housing professionals, students, tenants, teams and organisations working in our region and I m sure that we will have much to celebrate. Chartered Institute of Housing North East is pleased to announce our headline sponsor for the event will be Keepmoat, demonstrating their own commitment to the region, to high quality housing, housing services and to customers. The event will be attended by some 500 housing professionals and will be an excellent opportunity to profile your organisation s achievements, network and celebrate what s best within the sector. So with that in mind, please make sure that you make a nomination and more importantly, that you join us for this very special occasion. Jill Haley BA FCIH Chair CIH NE Learn with us.
