Kosinski, Chief, Vehicular Homicide Unit TUESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2012 Medical Examiner s Office Tour (small group) All others report to permanent assignments This transitional continuing legal course has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 46.5 credit hours*, of which 7.5 credit hours can be applied toward the Ethics and Professionalism requirement, 22.5 credit hours can be applied in the Professional Practice category, 6.5 credit hours can be applied in the Law Practice Management category, and 10 credit hours can be applied in the Skills category. *You may notice that the total number of hours for the sessions exceeds the total number of hours awarded. Four of the sessions for which credit may be awarded are actually performance based training (witness interviews, mock hearings, arraignment workshop II and mock arraignments). Due to special rules of the CLE Board regarding such programs, credit will be awarded only to the instructors who participate in these sessions. Despite the unavailability of credit to students in these sessions, the remainder of the program will provide all members of the class with more hours than the CLE Rules and Regulations allow to be applied to any reporting cycle and carried over into the next. 11
